For 3 bedroom apartments window furnishings can include a combination of blinds and curtains. WHAT TYPE OF LIGHTING WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE APARTMENT? Energy efficient LED lighting will be included in the apartments. LED lights can last up to 50,000 hours. Two and three bedroom apartments in the Platinum Collection will include a selection of pendant lighting in the kitchen.

WILL THE AIR CONDITIONING CONDENSER BE HOUSED ON MY BALCONY? Air conditioning condensers will be housed in a common area of the building likely to be the top of the building. Balconies will be clear of air conditioning condensers. WHAT TYPE OF APPLIANCES WILL BE IN MY APARTMENT? WHAT WILL THE BUILDING AND DOOR LOCKING MECHANISM BE? The building and apartment floors will be accessed by a swipe card system with access to the apartments with a key.

WHAT FLOORING WILL BE ON THE BALCONIES AND TERRACES? The balconies and terraces will feature large format tiles.

WHAT TYPE OF INTERCOM SYSTEM WILL BE INSTALLED? A digital intercom security system will be installed.

WILL THE BALCONY OR TERRACE FEATURE A LIGHT? An external light will be provided on balconies and terraces.

CAN I PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL CAR SPACE? At this point in time, additional car spaces cannot be purchased.

IS THE CAR PARKING SECURE? Secure car parking will be provided and residents will access via a swipe card / boom gate system.

WILL THE LIFT LOBBIES HAVE ANY FEATURES? The foyer and floor lift lobbies will feature art provided by the developer.

WILL ALL APARTMENTS HAVE CAR PARKING? A single car park will be provided for all 1 and 2 bedroom apartments except for the 1 bedroom apartments (9 in total) on Levels 2 – 4. Three bedroom apartments will have 2 dedicated car parks.

WILL LEVELS 18 – 20 LOOK DIFFERENT IN THE LIFT LOBBIES? Levels 18 – 20 will feature Platinum Collection apartments and as such will feature different levels of finish and/or artwork.

WILL THERE BE VISITOR PARKING? Illumina will provide visitor car parking spaces which will be managed by the body corporate and onsite manager.

WHAT UTILITIES AND SERVICES WILL I RECEIVE A BILL FOR? Apartment owners will receive a bill for electricity, water/sewerage, chilled water (air conditioning) and gas. All utilities are individually metred for each apartment, meaning the building operates on a user pays system. Apartment owners will also receive a bill for rates and body corporate fees.

IS THERE PARKING FOR BICYCLES? There will be a number of bicycle parks and stands available.

Building Management

WILL STREET PARKING BE AVAILABLE? There will be street parking available on Lissner Street. Toowong Shopping Village and train station plus numerous bus stops are also located within 100m of the site.

WILL THERE BE AN ONSITE MANAGER? There will be an onsite manager who will be responsible for the caretaking and letting of the apartments. At this stage the developer’s property management company, Property Solutions Place, will maintain the management rights for the building.

IS STORAGE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE? Storage may be available for purchase upon completion of the development. To register your interest please speak with a sales agent. Apartment owners may also apply to the body corporate to install an over-the-bonnet car storage system.
