Online Education Technology Consultant POSITION OVERVIEW: The Online Education Technology Consultant is a temporary position and reports to the Academic Dean and works closely with the Director of the Master’s Program. The Coordinator will assess and integrate Blackbaud (LMS), Zoom, Microsoft Office programs, and other teaching applications to assist in the design and delivery of online courses. This will include, but is not limited to, ensuring that online courses and technology used meet applicable standards and regulations. The Coordinator will also provide assistance to faculty needing to integrate their technology for course delivery. LOCATION: This is a remote position. DESCRIPTION OF INSTITUTION: The Institute for Clinical Social Work (ICSW), in Chicago, IL, is a private higher education institution offering an M.A. in clinical counseling and psychotherapy and a Ph.D. in clinical social work. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Area #1: Blackbaud (LMS) Management and Training • Develop and update LMS tutorials for staff, students, and faculty Area #2: Consultation to college community • Provide consultation to groups and individuals depending on needs for learning and integrating technology for course delivery and other student services • Provide consultation for course design as needed • Provides training to faculty and staff members through instruction and the development of online videos, modules or mini lessons • May be assigned additional tasks in support of the school’s online mission and goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: · A Bachelor’s degree plus one-year related experience, or a combination of education and/or related experience · One to two years of experience in presenting complex technology applications in a usable way · Interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team · Commitment to student and faculty success · Strict adherence to meeting goals and deadlines PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: · Master’s degree in an education-related field (educational technology, instructional design, online learning, etc.) SKILLS IN:
