Research Fellowship POSITION OVERVIEW: The Research Fellow is a part-time position and will assist in a wide variety of institutional research efforts including a) survey construction, b) knowledge of software used to manipulate, summarize, and produce reports from multiple, complex data sets, c) evaluate internal and external benchmarking, d) conduct program evaluations, e) analyzing data measuring student growth, faculty performance, student and faculty satisfaction, and institutional programming. LOCATION: This is a remote or onsite position. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Area #1: Data Collection and Analysis (in partnership with, in assistance to the Institutional Researcher) · Instrument Development · Student Growth Analysis, including but not limited to Capstones · Student and Faculty Satisfaction Analysis · Faculty Performance Analysis (Observational Tool, Course Evaluations, Student Evaluations of Dissertation Committee Member and Clinical Consultant) · Core Matrix Linear Forecasts · Prepare Data and Guidelines for Discussion for Faculty Retreats · Development and Training of Assessment Strategies at the Course Level (Rubrics, PLO/CLO attainment) · Secure Culture of Continuous Data-Driven Processes and Decision-Making Area #2: Accreditation · Collaborate with the Institutional Research Team to Ensure Accreditation Standards are Me · Attend HLC Conference (relevant aspects) · Participate in and Assist Institutional Researcher on Tasks Related to the HLC Assessment Academy · Prepare for and Participate in On Site Visits Area #3: Program Evaluation
