Countdown to the RS summer examinations. Key dates for full course students: Monday 14th May- Paper 1 (Study of Christianity and Islam) Wednesday 16th May- Paper 2 (Thematic Studies- Themes A,B,D,E) Key dates for short course students: Wednesday 16th May- Religious Students Short Course.


What you need to know

Full Course: If you are sitting the full course GCSE in RS, you will need to revise: Christian Beliefs & Practices, Islamic Beliefs & Practices (for paper 1) and the four themes: Religion and Life, Relationships and Families, War and Conflict and Crime and Punishment (for paper 2) Short Course: If you are sitting the short course GCSE in RS, you will need to revise: Christian Beliefs, Islamic Beliefs, Relationships and Families and War and Conflict.

Revision materials Full course: All students will be given 3 revision booklets: One on Christian Beliefs & Practices One on Islamic Beliefs & Practices One on the 4 Themes. Short course: All students will be given 2 revision booklets: One on Christian & Islamic Beliefs One on the 2 Themes. There will be a ÂŁ1 cost for any lost booklets that need replacing before the exam.
