BUILDING CHARACTERISTICS

The main idea behind the architectural concept for ‘JUMANA’ was the creation of a confortable, elegant and smart usable interior with contemporary building design, which will complement and inhabit the existing fabric. Combining discreet family accommodation with generous spaces for entertaining, the design of this apartment building balances the constraints of the site with the alternating requirements for privacy and transparency. ‘JUMANA’ is a compact private four-storey Residential Building comprised of 4No. Two-bedroom apartments and 2No. Three-bedroom apartments, each with custom ceilings and wide panoramic windows. All have the maximum available covered terraces to relax, entertain but also accommodate for the residence’s living necessities and services.
