ADVERTISING We wanted the branding to be edgy. We took rugged urban composition with classic boldness in order to give a feeling that this is the place to be gritty and compelling. The relationship between the trainer and client is a bond that shares a common goal encouraged by someone else. This is something we don’t really think about, that the people closest to us can be our revelations. This is a potential theme at VB Fitness and it can differentiate from other training facilities in the city.

PRINT: POSTERS The inspiration for the content and visual comes from those closest to us. As people, we reflect our actions from our experiences and what we choose to share, if we even choose to share our difficulties at all. Working out can be both a personal experience and a very public thing. If we think about someone who is struggling to get back into shape, we want to know more about the “push and pull� which is where the tagline comes from. A brother, boss, and friend are portrayed on the posters as part of a story to what brought someone to this gym.

WEB DESIGN With the main web page we wanted to continue the revelation theme so, we thought it would be bolder to have an introduction as a visual imaginative story. Taking inspiration from comic books, we introduce the trainers as heroic symbols. The clients and trainers are both protagonists teaming up by someone or some outside event and brought together inside this gym.

SOCIAL MEDIA This will be used to further enhance a community at VB Fitness. This is where you share and keep up with on going updates. If people constantly see results and see others sharing goals, then more will want to join.

FACEBOOK This is the platform where all trainers can post their changes to schedules, new events at the gym, a certain goal they want to reach, pictures of the gym.

TWITTER This page will be similar to Facebook, but since it’s known for brevity, we can have vine videos of a certain workout, an inspirational quote, or updates of events as they happen.
