Customers request a quote from their nearest showrooms through idealbathrooms.com. The showroom will receive an email notification to the email listed on their profile.

When quotes arrive, you can view them by logging into your online trade account and navigating to ‘My Account’, ‘My Quotes’.

The quote shows you the details including the RRP and Nett Cost. It then allows you to alter the customer price, showing the new total and margin made.

You can print the quote/save to PDF and send to the customer (only your customer’s price will be shown). The quote can be pushed through the quick order form to allow you to place your order directly via the website.
