TERMS & CONDITIONS ARTWORK Type matter of illustrative material not intended for bleed must be kept at least 10mm from top and bottom of advertisement and at least 15mm from each side of advertisement. Violation of these specifications may result in type being trimmed off printed pages, The Publisher reserves the right to crop approximately 5mm from either side of full page matter to compensate for variations in trimmed page size. TERMS & AGREEMENTS 1. It is assumed that advertiser has read this contract and agree to its conditions without any further contract or notice. 2. The publisher reserves the right to review and con sider rejection of any advertising. 3. The advertiser shall assume liability for all content, including copy rights, image rights, text and illustrations of advertising published. The publisher does not accept any liability for the aforementioned. The advertiser will hold the publisher free of any claims by any third party contesting the copy and/or im age and/or usage rights of the material published by the advertiser. 4. All advertising copy that might be mistaken for an article, commentary, or other non advertising material must be clearly marked “advertisement”. the publisher reserves the right to so mark all ad materials. 5. The publisher shall be under no liability for its failure, for any cause, to insert an advertisement. 6. Charges for changes from original layout and copy will be based on current composition charges. 7. The advertiser is solely responsible for the submission of suitable copy or material prior to the published deadline date. Failing this, the publisher reserves the
right to repeat the former advertisement and shall not be responsible for any mistake or omission thereof. If the advertiser has not previously run an advertisement, the advertiser will be charged for the cost of the space reserved. The publisher reserves the right to include in any publication an index of advertisers and shall not be responsible for any error, mistake or omission therein.
SHORT RATES Advertisers will be short-rated if, within 12 months of the date of their first insertion, they do not use the amount of space they initially reserved and upon which their billings during the year were based. Frequency rate breaks are available at the time of the earned rate only. Proper notification will be given of any rate change.

Orders specifying special positions will be treated as requests only and will not be binding on the publisher.
Payment for advertisement is due strictly no later than 15 days prior to publishing. The publisher regrets the necessity to introduce a late payment penalty of 2.5% per month, or part thereof, on any amount more than 30 days overdue. The publisher will use a collection agency to collect any amount outstanding if necessary. The advertiser accepts full responsibility of all costs and fees involved in the collection of the outstanding payment. Any confirmed editorials, advertorials or complimentary insertions as agreed in this contract may be withdrawn or postponed if advertising fees are overdue. CANCELLATION POLICY Space cancellations must be received, in writing, prior to the space closing date. If space is cancelled after the deadline or not cancelled at all, or materials are received too late to be used, the advertiser will be charged for the insertion. If for any reason, an advertisement is cancelled after the closing date, the publisher reserves the right to repeat former advertisement at full rate. If the advertiser has not previously run an ad, the advertiser will be charged for the cost of the space reserved. Special contract schedules will not be cancelled. By signing this contract the advertiser agrees to abide by these terms.
AD MATERIAL POLICY Advertsing materials must conform to the specifications set out in the ‘Media Kit’. A 10,000 THB surcharge will be added for any ad that does not meet size specifications and requires adjustment. Advertising materials will be returned upon written request. Materials are kept for 6 months after final publication and then discarded. ADVERTORIAL POLICY The publisher operates a two stage approval process: 1. Articles are supplied to the client as a word document for text amendments/approval within 48 hours. 2. Magazine page layouts featuring article and images are supplied to the client as a pdf document for approval within 48 hours.
