ueste le parole di un grande, Sergio Marchionne che quest’anno se n’è andato. Abbracciando la filosofia del cambiamento, costi quel che costi, con decisioni spesso impopolari, ha salvato e rilanciato la Fiat e lo stesso dicasi per Chrysler. Un esempio per tutti noi imprenditori che qualche volta abbiamo paura di prendere delle decisioni e fare delle scelte, ma lo dico per esperienza per migliorare e crescere siamo costretti a scegliere. Dobbiamo essere agili e flessibili, stare attenti a cogliere i cambiamenti della società nella quale viviamo e adattarci alle richieste del mercato velocemente.

Ma soprattutto in tutto ciò che facciamo e scegliamo di fare non dobbiamo essere banali , la mediocrità è l’attitudine che frena lo sviluppo che logora i rapporti che blocca la crescita, non solo quella lavorativa ma anche personale. Proporre l’Italia come Top location per i matrimoni internazionali è un progetto impegnativo ma non banale che merita tutta la nostra forza!

arked downstream from the ancient Via Clodia, which connected southern Etruria to Rome, the Castello di Velona was built as a medieval fortress in the eleventh century. In the Renaissance, a period in which it is possible to trace the Main Loggia, the Castle was transformed into a residential villa; the “Velona” is represented in the geographic maps frescoed in the Vatican by the famous cosmographer, geographer and mathematician from Perugia Ignazio Danti. In 1997 it rose from ruin to luxurious relais, thanks to the renovation carried out respecting the original structure of the dwelling. The renovation and its expansion have delivered the Castle of Velona Resort, Thermal SPA & Winery to the world public in 2003. a Perla del Doge is a fabulous historic residence overlooking the Adriatic Sea that rises in the place where the Venetian Doge Pietro II Orseolo with his fleet stopped to organize the counter-offensive of the city of Bari besieged by the Moors. It was 10 August 1003. Orseolo found the place that called it La Perla so pleasant and happy. And it is in his honor that after a careful restoration La Perla del Doge was born. Orseolo trovò così ameno e felice quel luogo che lo denominò La Perla. Ed è proprio in suo onore che, dopo un restauro accurato, è nata La Perla del Doge. Oggi, la sala si caratterizza per gli ampi saloni dalle alte vetrate, i soffitti affrescati, i prestigiosi arredi, il patio sul mare incorniciato da enormi palme. Salone del Principe

is the location of Villa Ciardi designed for majestic and refined private parties in Bari and its province. The Salone is the result of a painstaking work to restore the existing structure, which still preserves the ancient colonnades, today embellished by the total paneling of soft

pearled leather. The Salone dei Principi is also an ideal location for weddings and intimate receptions, with the arrangement of tables in the spectacular imperial style.

Chiesetta del XVII secolo

Costruita per volere della contessa Elena Curtopassi, nobildonna molto religiosa e devota, la quale giornalmente accedeva al luogo sacro direttamente dalle sue stanze tramite accesso segreto, senza dover attraversare le stanze del

palazzo. La chiesa è oggi location di prestigio per produzioni video e cinematografiche, set fotografici di moda, special events come la nascita di Gesù Bambino.

Piano Nobile

Varcando le maestose scalinate si accede al salone d’ingresso che introduce al piano nobile, ovvero il cuore della villa principesca. Qui si trovano, sullo stesso asse centrale, quattro grandi sale comunicanti (“sala della storia”, “sala della musica” , sala della poesia” e “sala dell’arte”), da cui si può accedere al romantico “Loggiato del Granduca”. No marriage looks anything alike the other, each person is unique, a shooting day never quite resembles another .. infinite moments and shades of light combined with curiosity, active and discreet participation with a pinch of alert throughout the day, a sensitivity close to tension. Wedding photography has always been a passion. The most beautiful moment: when we arrive at the bride’s house and start shooting, the magic starts and we enter into an harmonious mood, we begin to satisfy our curiosity through shots; or the moment at studio when a couple decides to rely on us. He has collaborated with high fashion designers, designers and international artisans. Together with his trusted staff he manages a shop and a laboratory in Cavenago Brianza (MB). Silvano has experience of preparations for ceremonies throughout Italy. He is known for his ability to evoke magical atmospheres with his own exclusive and personalized floral compositions, for thematic installations and for the great respect of the nature of the locations he works with; nothing is left to chance, everything is designed and taken care of in every detail, and even in the most classic style, it manages to convey an extraordinarily magical, simple but at the same time refined taste.

mo il bello, odio l’esagerazione che a volte si rivela di cattivo gusto e non contestualizzata, ho la predisposizione a prevedere le necessità e ad ascoltare le persone per poterle accontentare, non amo fare le cose in fretta ma preferisco pianificarle, non andare mai sotto data ma al contempo ho una capacità di gestire l’imprevisto che forse scaturisce da questo mio essere mentalmente organizzata. Io sono così, una laurea in lingue straniere, varie esperienze di viaggi, studio e lavoro all’estero, know how nel settore turismo, eventi e wedding acquisito da un esperienza lavorativa di 11 anni in realtà turistico alberghiere e location per eventi, collaborazioni con grandi maestri di questo ambito, partecipazione a fiere estere tra Lugano, Berlino, Madrid, Londra, formazione con master e stage di settore con grandi professionisti che spaziano dalla calligrafia con il pennino alla gestione dello stress.

I am like that, a degree in foreign languages, various experiences of travel, study and work abroad, know-how in the tourism sector, events and wedding acquired from an experience of 11 years in reality tourist hotels and locations for events, collaborations with great masters of this field, participation in foreign fairs between Lugano, Berlin, Madrid, London, training with master’s and industry internships with great professionals ranging from calligraphy with the pen to the management of stress.
