BRAND’S CONCEPT Linear or curved, rounded or sharp, the foundation of DRI CHEDE JEWELRY work is the minimal design, that can be interchangeable and seasonless. Our design philosophy focuses on the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into creating our delicate pieces. Every piece is conceived to encourage individual creative freedom and be worn through collections.

BRAND’S VISION We believe that each piece of jewelry is like a talisman, a dear object that we carry with us. A reminder of someone special, na unforgetable moment, an emotion.


BRAND’S TARGET Modern women from 20 to 65 years old from America and Europe with taste for the fashion world, decoration, design, and curiosity for other cultures. Sophisticated and tuned with world’s events, this contemporary woman works and/or studies and their routine allows contemporary fashion jewellery to emphasize their everyday look. They choose their jewelry based on pieces that can be worned from day-to-day activities to a unexpected party. Appreciators of seansonless design they base theirs shopping options on a conscient prêt-a-porter and handpicked pieces that will enpower their best qualities and suit their own collection of jewels.

COLLECTION DISPLAY


COLLECTION CONCEPT Based on the celestial forms of the night sky, shiny diamonds take place of the star’s light while the movement of the planets orbiting in the space was transformed into jewelry pieces. Inspired on the dinamic movement of the galaxies, colors of constellations and falling stars, this collection celebrates our fascination with interstellar scenario. Designed with the aim to serve both professional and academic purpouses. Two main pieces have been designed and projected to serve as study case and compare two different ways of production: handmade labor and 3D development with Rhinoceros (targeting the increase on series production and to minimize time of hand labor work).

ROTATION STUDIES

Inspired by the Milk Way (galaxy where the Solar System is placed) which contains over 100–400 billion stars, the idea was to show the shine of those stars on rotation with the use of Diamonds and cabouchon Rubies. Analizing the constant rotation speed of The Milky Way, that as a whole is moving at a velocity of approximately 600 km per second, the goal was to conceive the horizontal rotation imitating the galactic movement.


ROTATION STUDIES

Focusing on the astronomical event that occurs when the Moon moves into the Earth’s shadow, the idea was to develop the earring to deliver the same kind of effect with the use of contrast of metal colors and Diamonds. Having an external part aligned with the rotation of an internal sphere, the piece should rotate 360 degrees vertically.

The use of new materials was introduced as a Marketing strategy to emphasize the new scenario of the brand international market place. Also to increase the value of the products and improve the brand’s portfolio. Diamonds are one of the most desired posessions. That’s why the unusual match of Silver & Diamonds was chosen with the aim of reaching a bigger target of buyers.
