Teaching children, students, graduates English and/or other languages in groups or individually (daily). Create content of all lessons, using the given educational materials, following the topic and prepare everything necessary for it (outputs, presentations, video materials so on). Plan and conduct educational process according to the educational program of the Language School and provide its implementation and support for different students' activities. Organize practical seminars and discussions with local teachers Evaluate the learning progress of your students.
Conditions information
Salary: $400 – $1000 per month (depends on the city). Enough to cover shared apartment per month and basic living needs in the city.
AIESEC helps to arrange accommodation for the trainee: find apartment to rent, provide host-family, place in the dormitory (depends on the city and TN). Cultural and working integration is provided by AIESEC, participation in Local Committee activities will be offered. Online preparation for the internship before arrival. Sometimes language schools are situated on a distance from AIESEC entity city. This way intern is getting full support remotely and from the working stuff.

1. Preparation of the seminars, trainings, lectures for the project to start. Introduction seminars for university students, integration of them into the project 2. Packaging lectures on topics related to management, HR, PR, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing or business communication in English in educational course. 3. Evaluate progress of your students. Be ready to be evaluated by the Department staff. Elaborate detailed program based on your own preference and university preference. 4. Take coaching sessions from responsible staff from university and evaluate personal development. Create personal development plan and realize it.

VISA 1) The intern can stay for a 3 months internship by getting humanitarian visa (non visa regime with some countries like Brazil), and is not hired officially by the language center, going there instead as AIESEC representative (according to Russian law there’s no description of “internship”, that’s why it’s the fastest and the easiest way to prepare documents). It takes from 1 to 4 weeks to prepare the official Invitation Letter (depends on the country. Intern is informed about the duration of this procedure during selection process) 2) The Intern can stay for 3 months by getting teaching visa (It takes 4 weeks to prepare the official Invitation Letter from the company according to our Migration Policy. Intern should be informed about the duration during selection process. AIRPORT PICK UP Pick up options and information is clarified during selection and preparation process in a written form for the intern (depends on the city). REGISTRATION After arrival, within a week the intern has to be registered in local Migration service. AIESEC support and follow up this process
ACCOMODATION The accommodation standard, conditions and costs during the internship correspond to the information provided on the TN form and during selection process. AIESEC arranges this accommodation for the EP.

DURATION The internship lasts from a minimum of 6 weeks to a maximum of 78 weeks WORKING HOURS The activities related executing the Job Description are a minimum of 35 hours per week INTEGRATION TO WORK 1ST working day starts from the meeting of AIESEC & Intern & Company to set expectations, align JD, put rules of communication and INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILTY AND GOALS, which are finalized during the first week of work
PREPARATION Intern receives online preparation for the country & work from hosting AIESEC entity LEARNING FACILITATION During the realization intern is offered to get space on leadership development COMMUNICATION During the whole process AIESEC must answer emails (within 48h) and regularly contact EP. FEEDBACK Intern is expected to fill in NPS 3 times during the whole process and give feedback to AIESEC when necessary. AIESEC entity should remind about that.
