AS WE APPROACH THE HALFWAY POINT OF THE YEAR, this month's issue of The Conversation is all about you. The iiaa wouldn’t be what it is without every one of you – we couldn’t do it without your continuous hard work and support.

LAST MONTH, LOTTIE STANNERS, OUR SENIOR COPYWRITER, RAN THE LONDON MARATHON to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support in memory of her grandmother, who recently passed and was given end-of-life care by the charity. She had a great time on the day and is so thankful for all the support over the past few months. Lottie has yet to reach her target and would appreciate any donations no matter how small. OUR RETAIL MANAGER KATHERINE DEMIR IS TRAINING TO BE A JUDGE FOR GYMNASTICS AND HAS PASSED HER QUALIFICATION. Her first official competition to judge is on 11th June! Katherine is also training to climb Ben Nevis in July to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society. This is in memory of her fatherin-law who recently passed and suffered with vascular dementia.
