As we draw a close to 2024, we would like to thank our incredible network; our salon community, employees and suppliers for all their dedication and hard work this year. As we look back at yet another jam-packed year, we know none of this would have been possible without all of your support. This year we introduced a new product into the et al. portfolio with the launch of Intelligent Skin Radiant Foundation , packed with skincare actives that build of the brand's credentials of creating makeup formulations that support skin integrity. We welcomed Environ® Founder Dr Des Fernandes and Medical Consultant Dr Matthias Aust to the UK and Ireland to launch two new Retinol Boosters , advancing Environ®’s unique approach to healthy skin longevity. Advanced Nutrition Programme™ continued to lead the way in skin supplementation with their ‘Start Every Skincare Journey with a Biome’ Campaign, spreading the message that gut heath is indeed skin heath. Most recently, we announced the arrival of our new Events Team, who have been making their way across various regions, supporting events within our salon network and achieving some fantastic results for businesses and their clients.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDERS
Dear Colleagues
Over the last two years we have seen the highest rates of inflation in the UK and Ireland in over forty years. Despite this, last year we held prices. However, with the cost of goods continuing to increase yearly, we have been left with little option but to slightly increase prices of Environ® products. This increase will only affect Environ® and there will be no price increase on Advanced Nutrition Programme™ or et al.
We understand the rise in inflation has impacted not just ourselves, but most businesses during this current climate. Therefore, in order to continue empowering you to deliver the best results for your clients and your business, we kept this increase to less than 3%.
This increase will come into effect on 2nd January 2025, therefore throughout December you will still be able to purchase Environ® products at their current prices. We will issue new wholesale and retail price lists to reflect these updates in the New Year which will be available for you on Image Relay.
Please be assured, we will continue to absorb increasing costs in 2025 and will aim to not put our prices up during the course of the year.
