Suspected gun-for-hire nabbed in Ilocos Norte SAN FERNANDO CITY — The Ilocos Region police director here today ordered the Ilocos Norte police to conduct an in-depth investigation to dig up any possible connection of an arrested suspected gun-forhire to the ambush-slay of a mayoralty candidate in Dingras, Ilocos Norte on
