The old ‘Victoria Brewery’ was converted into a huge retail/ residential development. We were instructed to sell 2 shops on behalf of the developers located in the ‘arcade’ area of the building. Not having street frontage and limited advertising budget, we put together brief property reports and emailed to our data base, as well as advertised on commercial internet sites. After only 2 weeks of marketing we had both properties sold to clients from our data base for near asking price.
