We chose the approach of Auctioning shop 505 alone, being the more prominent shop of the three. Huge interest throughout the campaign with the property located directly across from the Jam Factory and a national tenant ‘Just Jeans’. Fantastic attendance to the auction and eventually was knocked down for $2.75 Million. We then announced to the public both shops 507 & 509 were for sale. Within a few days both were sold for $2.65 Million (both shops had less annual rentals)
