Winter is traditionally a quieter season for Melbourne’s property market with less properties available for sale. While the weather may be less inviting, there are a number of advantages for sellers who opt to make their move over the cooler months. Many buyers ready to purchase now are becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of properties currently available.
