Melbourne’s auction market passed a significant milestone last weekend when the clearance rate hit 63% – the first time it’s gone above 60% in more than three months. This was the first high volume weekend since last December with in excess of 800 properties being offered at auction. Our own Greg Hocking Real Estate clearance rate for the weekend was an unbeatable 100%.
