Is now a good time to buy? This question has been asked of me many times over the last few weeks as the Melbourne property market suffers from a lack of “buyer confidence� and hence pulling prices back by 5-10% since the start of the year. In regards to a medium to long term view, this is a good time to buy, especially homes that are in quality locations and always sought after.
