MARKET REPORT

With the festive season upon us, we often take this time to reflect on the year that was. While the GFC was a couple of years ago now, the property market has still felt the impact of a turbulent economy.

Compton Green has had to deal with the challenges of the property market. As we reflect, we see that we have dealt with the market quite well. Growth in our team and the impact of our new brand has been a direct contribution to what we have called, a good year. Our days on market have stretched out to 55 days but we have simply sold more homes. This has given us a leadership position in Williamstown and Yarraville. We have also noted a new record price for a home in Yarraville and our most consistent and stable year in Property Management. As we look ahead in 2012 it looks like an exciting year for Compton Green. With the further impact of our new brand expected and the engagement of new people to our team and even bigger and more

informative events such as the State of the Market Information Evening, 2012 will be a year to look forward to.
