Our Team Indice is a multidisciplinary team, with extensive professional experience. Currently, there are over 50 consultants and trainers in a permanent and exclusive professional basis at Indice. Professional Training is characterized for long term training, which in addition to the professional component includes an educational one. The conception of curricula is flexible, respecting a modular plan (units or modules organized by skills, with internal coherence), which includes integrated components of professionalizing and educational training, allowing the achievement a dual qualification - academic and professional. These are courses addressed to young people not included in the regular school system and without qualification, and adults who wish to obtain a new occupation or improve their current activity. For each profession, and taking into account the current profile of those interested in Professional Training, Indice defines the appropriate program content and duration.
ICT The universe of ICT solutions developed by Indice is highly diversified in terms of customer and type of solution. We highlight INQ.net management software. This software is extremely flexible and not “Standard “, meaning that it adapts to all organizations and covers the departments/processes the customer wishes. It is a “Taylor-made” solution to customer. Apart from INQ.net, we develop platforms for Web services for Local Public Administration, Health Sector Entities, Education Sector Entities, and Enterprises. This solution can be complemented with “Network“ features. The concept of Network Platform assumes that the 8
solution will be used by more than one organization in order not only to provide services through the use of Internet but also to fostering the sharing of Good Practice, Benchmarking and the use of Internet as a channel of communication between different and several stakeholders. NP EN ISO 50001:2012 – Energy Management System Implementation of Energy Management System according to NP EN ISO 50001:2012. Energy Network (e-Energy) Group of companies which implements solutions to improve their energy management, installing the software INQ.net internally and using the web platform for sharing “good practices”, identification of common problems, benchmarking, among others; Renewable energy (green products/services) Study and conception of projects (solar, geothermal, biomass or wind power).
ENVIRONMENT Environment related activities developed by Indice are: - Agenda XXI; - Water management; - EN ISO 14001:2004 / EMAS. Agenda XXI - Strategic planning framework; - Diagnosis; - Preparation of action plan; - Implementation, monitoring and review. Water management (Supply Chain Water and Sanitation) -remote management system for controling and 10

A new service based on Marketing, Advertisement, Webdesign and new strategic ways to help our business customers. The ultimate goal of Upgrade XXI is to increase sales of the company, by expanding the company’s markets and making its products more attractive/visible to potential customers. In order to achieve this goal we go through several phases: Diagnosis - Diagnose the overall condition of the company, that will define the action plan for our intervention strategy; Strategy Development - Clearly identify the strategy to be followed by the company and the way of implementation that should be used; Strategy Implementation - reorganization of several items on the company, in order to create new tools of advertisement, identity, marketing, sales intruments that will promote and upgrade the company; Report - verification of the strategy’s eficiency, in order to see if the company achieved new potential customers, increased their sales potential, increased their market shares. This will, at some point, give our costumers new ways to manage their own strategies inside and outside the company, in order to create their own methods for sales increase and greater visibility.
