St. Teresa’s Congregation is a world class commuity. Since 1887 we are running different types of Educational Institutions. St. Teresa’s Women’s College, Ernakulam is one of the best colleges in India. Students from different parts of India and abroad are studying in this college. These Institutions are managed by the St. Teresa’s Sisters.

The proposed project for the senior citizens will be controlled and managed by the congregation of the Carmelite Sisters of St. Teresa (CSST). this is a charity based project. Out motto is to receive from 6those who have and give to those who do not have. When you buy a unit you become part of a larger initiative of humanitarian and charitable deeds.

In Kerala alone we have thirteen centers for the education of poor children, four Old Age Homes for the poor and one Palliative care unit. We also provide free education for the deserving children who are financially backward. Now we are planning to provide a 4 star facility care center for the Elderly Parents who may be isolated at home.

HEAVENLY MANSIONS

The Heavenly Mansions for the senior citizens is controlled and managed by Congregation of the Carmelite Sisters of St. Teresa (CSST). At Heavenly Mansions, we offer 4-star care center that provides everything your elderly parent needs to live a comfortable and fulfilling life. Our experienced and compassionate staff are available 24/7 to assist with activities of daily living, medication management, and more. We also offer a variety of social and recreational activities to keep our residents engaged and connected. Most importantly, we treat each of our residents like family. When you entrust your loved ones to our care, you can rest assured that they will receive the highest quality of care possible.

HeavenlyMansion-Type:1

THESTUDIO

The Heavenly Mansion 1 is a 450 sq. ft single occupancy mansion. This spacious and stylish single occupancy comes with living and dining area of 15’ X 8.5’. The living area comes attached with a 7’ X 3.5’ balcony, the sliding windows towards the balcony allows fresh air and light into the hall. The Bedrooms are 12’x10.5’ in size with sufficient space for a wardrobe for single occupancy. It has an attached bathroom of 10.5’x6’ that comes with dry and wet area and with a wide door through which a wheelchair can pass. The bathrooms are provided with large washbasins, wall hung EWC with dual flush cistern and provision for grab bars if needed. The mansion is provided 24/7 with hot and cold water in shower and washbasin area. The mansion floors are non-slippery ceramic/vitrified tile. Additional amenities in the room are provision for television, AC and Wi-Fi, CCTV, emergency alarms in bathroom, bedroom, and common area, and safety grills for windows and balconies.

HeavenlyMansion-Type:2 THEEXECUTIVE

It is a 550 sq. ft double occupancy executive type mansion. This extra spacious unit comes with 20’x8.5’ living and dining space with 8’x3.5’ balcony attached with sliding doors which allows light and fresh air to pass through, the 20’x8.5’ Bedroom comes in 14’x10.5’ size with 10.5’x6’ washroom that is wheelchair friendly, with anti-slippery tiles and grab rails. The washrooms are provided with large washbasins, wall hung EWC with dual flush cistern

.These mansions have provision of hot and cold water in shower and washbasin. The floors in and around these mansions are non-slippery ceramic/vitrified tile. Other amenities in the room are television, AC and Wi-Fi facilities, CCTV, emergency alarms, a well-lit balcony, fully furnished with wardrobes and other storage space, and safety grills for windows and balconies.

Here at Heavenly Mansion, we make you feel you are at home. Our estate has two-story buildings of 10000 sq. ft. and there are four mansions like this, each with 24 units. Moreover, all these units are interconnected. You can choose from two types of units Heavenly Mansion1that is a studio type and the Heavenly Mansion 2, which is an executive type.

Modern Trissur city is a busting city. St. Teresa’s mansions are coming in a prime location which is near to the National Highway. Govt. Medical College, Jubilee Mission Medical, College, Railway Station, KSRTC Bus Stand, Sakthan Thampuran Bus Stand, Our Lady of Lourdes Metropolitan Cathedral, Other Churches, Vadakkumnathan and Paramekkavu Temples. All these come within 6 kilometers of radius from the project site.

The project is planned on 3.5 acres of land. There are different kinds of trees like coconut trees, jack fruit trees, variety of mango trees, bread fruit trees and nutmeg trees in the land and we get the feel of being in a paradise here. The land also has abundant water availability. It is a pesceful place, a place with little chance of pollutiion. It is indeed a Garden of Eden!
