Do not subject the refractory to sudden temperature change Do not spray water on hot refractory for clean out Do not use tools with sharp edges to clean out ash Open and Close De Ash door gently Use flat scoop to remove Ash Do not feed large amount of glass or metal Do not feed chemicals as this will increase temperature and meltdown Do not feed chemicals containing ALKALINE | METAL OXIDES | SODIUM | POTASSIUM| CALCIUM | LIME | IRON OXIDE | Do not brn HALOGANATED MATEIALS Use HP Green Super HyBond or High Alumina Plastic refractory and cure for 12 hours at 250F . REPAIRS ONLY Minor cracks will expand upon high heat Use concrete mixer to blend refractory to hand held slurry Do not mix refractory with any other materials Use Stainless Steel anchors

Reduce Underfire Air or Reduce Flame port Air V2

Reduce Underfire Air V1 | or make sure Feed Door and De Ash Door are tightly closed

Black Smoke after loading Increase time in 10 second incriment on FAT timer for Modular system, OR Manually increase V2 on charging

Too much underfire air Underfire air should be limited to a minimal amount to make Primary Chamber temperature high enough for the conversion of water to volatile gases which are burned in the Secondary Chamber
