Our Cheri White Forest takes us straight to a cabin hideaway in the snow-capped mountains. A hot cuppa in hand, indulging in a Japanese vanilla genoise sponge cake laced with Kirsch (brandy made from sour morello cherry), sweet dark cherries and generous layers of white chocolate flakes.
The Deep Dark Wonderland is our festive stump cake, with luscious 56% cacao ganache slathered between layers of rich chocolate sponge. Garnished simply with hand-piped mushroom meringues and redcurrants; a light finishing touch for a decadent chocolate treat.
