Our roots run deep. Inland Power and Light was founded when a group of farmers came together to bring electricity to their friends and neighbors. This philosophy of banding together to create great things is part of our enduring legacy.

We expect the best from ourselves, and our coworkers. We walk in the door ready to go—knowing everyone has much to contribute, whether it’s day 1 or day 10,001.
We get after it every day and even more so during challenging times. If there’s a way to serve our members or teammates better tomorrow than we did today, we take the initiative, knowing that we’re empowered to make decisions that improve the lives of those around us.
