BPCL เปิดให้บริการจำาแนกคุณลักษณะ ของยาชีววัตถุและวัคซีนในกลุ่มแรก ประกอบ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เปปไทด์ โปรตีน โอลิโก นิวคลีโอไทด์ โอลิโกแซ็กคาไรด์ การรวม ตัวกันของโปรตีน สิ่งเจือปนของผลิตภัณฑ์ การเพาะเลี้ยงเซลล์และงานด้านจุลชีววิทยา การผลิตกล้าเชื้อ การวิเคราะห์ดีเอ็นเอและ อาร์เอ็นเอ การวิเคราะห์ไวรัส ไปจนถึง ลักษณะจำาเพาะของเภสัชชีวภัณฑ์เพื่อการ รักษาและวัคซีน ซึ่งสอดคล้องตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 17025, GLP และ/หรือ GMP ตามความเหมาะสม ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้าน เทคนิคของ BPCL มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน การวิเคราะห์เพื่อจำาแนกคุณลักษณะ รวม ถึงการควบคุมคุณภาพ การทดสอบความ ปลอดภัยและประสิทธิภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ใน ขั้นตอนการทดลองทางคลินิกในมนุษย์ของ วัคซีน ยาชีววัตถุที่ได้จากการวิจัยและการ พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ แล้วเข้าสู่การทดลองทาง คลินิกเพื่อความปลอดภัยและประสิทธิภาพ วิธีการทั้งหมดของเราได้รับการพัฒนาหรือ ปรับให้เข้ากับข้อกำาหนดของผลิตภัณฑ์และ มาตรฐานสากล 

SERVICES

Biopharmaceutical Characterization Laboratory (BPCL) is the first Biopharmaceutical Characterization Laboratory services in ASEAN which provides analytical method development and validation ,quality control testing and characterization on vaccines, pharmaceutical, biologics, biosimilar and drug development to perform quality control testing for researchers ,research organization , biopharmaceutical manufacturers in Thailand and overseas.

BPCL has been set up in KMUTT since March 2020 according to the national agenda to support biopharmaceutical industry and drug development organization. BPCL establishment has been supported and collaborated by King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Thailand Center of Excellence for Life Sciences (TCELS), National Vaccine Institute (NVI) and Shimadzu (ASIA Pacific) Pte. Ltd. BPCL provide one stop services for characterization of biopharmaceutical products including protein characterization, microbial & cell culture characterization, viral characterization, DNA & RNA characterization. The services are including analytical chemistry, cell culture and microbiology, DNA & RNA analysis, stability studies, bioanalysis, virology, protein and peptide analysis in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 ,GLP and/or GMP, where appropriate.

To be the first ISO/IEC 17025 certified biopharmaceutical characterization laboratory in ASEAN which provide reliable and accuracy testing using state of the art facilities, equipment and techniques.

Our Mission Sets up global standard with ISO/IEC 17025 certification for characterization and quality control of biopharmaceutical products including vaccines, proteins, monoclonal antibodies, biosimilar, hormones, etc. Provides biopharmaceutical testing with international standard testing method including Pharmacopeia, ICH, EMEA and/or in-house validated methods with sophisticated instruments such as MALDI-TOF/MS, Q-TOF/ MS, LC/MS-MS, CD-spectrometer, CE-SDS, surface plasmon resonance (SPR), next generation sequencing (NGS) for DNA & RNA sequencing as well as bioassays (ADCC, CDC), analytical ultracentrifuge (SV-AUC), size exclusion chromatography (SEC) etc. To be one stop laboratory services for biopharmaceutical industry and drug development research both locally and internationally. To be the first biopharmaceutical characterization laboratory services in ASEAN. Provides analytical method development and validation, quality control testing. Characterizes on vaccines, pharmaceutical, biologics, biosimilar and drug development to performing quality control testing for researchers, research organization, biopharmaceutical manufacturers in Thailand and overseas.

We have been launched the first set of Biopharmaceutical characterization services including analysis of peptides, proteins, oligonucleotides, oligosaccharides, protein aggregates, product impurities, cell culture and microbiology, production seeds, DNA& RNA, viral as well as the specific characteristics of bio therapeutics and vaccines in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, GLP and/or GMP, where appropriate. Our technical specialists have the expertise to take your vaccine, biologics from research and product development through characterization and quality control tests and into clinical trials for safety and efficacy testing. All our methods are specifically developed or adapted to meet the requirements of your products and international standards. 
