THE JOURNEY SO FAR Neelesh is carrying forward the legacy of his forefathers who laid the foundation stone for the company. His Great Grandfather, Late Shri Mishrilal ji Sb. Banthia, started his career excursion in 1927 at Baran, Rajasthan, where he exercised his judicial powers during the British rule. Later, his legacy was continued by the grandfather of Neelesh— Late Shri Nihal Singh ji Sb. Banthia who established Banthia & Co. Advocates in 1953, with its headquarter at Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), India. With this venture, his grandfather envisioned to bring committed and specialized advocates under the same roof to provide best possible legal services to the clients of various sectors in central India. And today, his vision is being served by Mr B.S. Banthia (Neelesh’s father) who is a Supreme Court Advocate and Neelesh himself. Both of them are running the firm with full dedication and commitment by being in sync with the mission of their forefathers. What started with 3 office spaces and workforce of 10 advocates, has now transformed into a mega corp with a full-fledged team of 350+ advocates and 24 offices across the world. INTRODUCTION Vandana Luthra is an Indian inspirational entrepreneur who is the founder of VLCC Health care Ltd. The company sells beauty products and wellness conglomerate. The company is dispensing in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe. In 2014 she became chairperson of the Beauty and wellness sector skills council that is not a profitable organization, the B&WSSC gets financial support from NSDC which comes under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. PERSONAL LIFE AND EDUCATION Vandana Luther was born on 12 July 1956 in Delhi. According to Wikipedia, she grew up in an educated family, her mother was running charitable Trust and her father worked as a mechanical engineer. She completed her graduation in Delhi and decided to go to different countries (Germany, UK, and France) to gain expertise in beauty, skincare, fitness and food and nutrition. In 1988 she got married to Mukesh Luthra. She has two daughters. VLCC In 1989, Vandana found a company called VLCC as a Wellness centre. initially, she stared the company in Safdarjung Development Area New Delhi. Now VLCC has become famous not only nationally but internationally. Today the company offering a plethora of services like Slimming, beauty & grooming, laser, hair transplant and many more. Currently, VLCC is one of the most leading Beauty and wellness service industry in India. The company is operating the service of more than 326 locations in 153 cities and 13 countries. VLCC has employed more than 5000 people including medical professional and nutrition experts and cosmetologists and beauty professionals. In the present time, VLCC has set up manufacturing plants in Haridwar India and Singapore. The company produces and sell the product like skincare, body care product, and hair care. As per Wikipedia, These products are also marketed by 100,000 outlets India and more than 10,000 outlets across the middle east and Africa. VLCC is providing a vocation training course that is known as the VLCC Institute of Beauty & nutrition. Presently the institute has become one of the renovated vocational education academies in the beauty and nutrition training segment. She elected as chairperson at BWSSC. PHILANTHROPY Vandana is also running a charity that provides scholarships to underprivileged and physically challenged people. She is the VC of the NGO called Khushii. From 2011 to 2015, she got listed 50 most influential women in business in India from Fortune magazine’s annual.

haratiya Vidya Bhavan, a Charitable Trust, a Registered Society and a non-profit organization set up in 1938 with the blessings of Mahatma Gandhi by Kulapati K.M. Munshi, has been promoting ‘Sanskrit and Sanskriti’ for the last 82 years through its multifarious institutions in India as well as abroad. It is recognized today for its yeomen services in the field of education and culture, as an “Institute of National Eminence” by the Government of India and is the recipient of ‘Communal Harmony Award’, ‘National Integration Award’ and above all ‘International Gandhi Peace Prize’.
The Bhavan has come to be recognised as a symbol of the intellectual, literary, educational, ethical, spiritual and cultural life of India flowing through the centuries, and as a comprehensive national institution with an international outlook, touching almost all segments of life. The Bhavan recognises no antagonism between science and spirituality. It believes that they are complementary and mutually invigorating and as such while promoting modern scientific progress, the Bhavan seeks to strike a synthesis between material and spiritual values.

New wings were added in 1976, 1982, 1998 and 2012. The Kendra is now housed in a complex of spacious buildings in a Central locality in New Delhi on the Kasturba Gandhi Marg. Its campus covers an area of 4.84 acres of land. The Delhi Kendra today is the house of a number of Departments and Institutions catering to the educational, cultural and moral needs of children and adults alike.
This is being accomplished through its 373 constituent institutions and departments, via its centres spread all over India and abroad numbering 125, and its publications exceeding 2000 titles (with sales crossing 27 million) including its eleven-volume series of the History and Culture of the Indian People that has acquired worldwide recognition.
In view of its location, ‘The Delhi Kendra’ is called upon to liaise, coordinate and follow- up matters concerning the Central Office and others, including the foreign Centres of the Bhavan, with the Central Government, NonGovernment Institutions and Eminent Personalities.
The Bhavan imparts education in subjects ranging from Sanskrit, Indian Classical Music. Dance, Drama, Classical Language and Ancient Scriptures to Arts, Science, Engineering, Technology, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Modern Management, Radio, Television and other media of mass communication and foreign languages like French, Spanish, Russian, German, Chinese, Arabic and Japanese. The medium of Instruction in the Bhavan’s Institutions is English with Sanskrit and Hindi as compulsory subjects.
