Pampa Lodge has 19 rooms between doubles and triples, with private bathroom; With mountain view, forest and the Serrano river. Our service includes breakfast; and it is possible to have lunches and dinners in the barbecue area, choosing our specialties from the menu. The chef’s specialty is roast meats and fish, accompanied by salads from the garden, and the typical Chilean pebre. Also for groups from 12 people we prepare lamb on the stick, accompanied with wild potatoes and salads. All services are carried out in a barbecue area with capacity for 150 people, with large windows to enjoy beautiful views. We do horseback riding with different levels of experience, half day around the river Serrano, crossing hills, and full day excursions with views of the Paine Massif, the Tindall Glacier, crossing valleys and sandy areas.

A large house from 1940 was built from the recycling of housing that belonged to a traditional family of German settlers. In the remodeling a new volume was added for the hotel rooms, respecting carefully the original lines of the house. All woods are native to Patagonia. The hotel has a lounge and bar overlooking the lake. Only 15 hotels in all Chile hold this top distinction in category III, which reflects the highest excellence in sustainability nationwide. Being evaluated with high rigor in the 3 areas of sustainability: Economic, Sociocultural and Environmental. Following the Green Ticket evaluation criteria, we have obtained the Neutral Carbon degree, audited by Deloitte. Heating and hot water operator by a combination of biomass and solar.
