Just from seeing the trailer one might be under the impression that after the US have pretty much perfected the art self-glorifying patriotism the UK now decided to pick up on that angle and do the same thing. So I went into the movie with mixed feeling: on the one hand, it‘s starring Mark Strong on the other it might suck because of the aforementioned trailer premise.

I didn‘t suck. It was in fact quite brilliant. It was like a more badass version of all the Bond movies combined, plus it was actually fun to watch and had some, shall we say „mind-blowing“ elements. Also, since it is apparently based on a comic book series, there might be sequels coming up.
