療設計
關於療設計 用於醫療場域中，在課程後還有其創新效益價值的延伸，透過學界進 而跨入產業界中。對學生而言，本課程激發學生思考邏輯不只有垂直 式思考，更增加水平式思考的訓練，並且擁有初步的評估創新可行性 的能力。 本課程規劃以臨床醫療與護理創新主題式高齡個案探討的方式探索思 考方式並進入實際醫療場域觀察、記錄與分析，藉以整合既有之設計、 教育、醫療、照護及科技工程領域等專業，使修課學生可以深入探索 與瞭解議題，並透過課程中高度互動的學習歷程，深入了解醫療人員 在臨床環境的工作與心理需求，再結合其專業和觀察，探索技術創新 和服務創新的可能性，最後提出實際的解決方法與設計方案。

長期臥床病患洗澡很難︖？
⼯工研院「原床洗澡」的貼⼼心 •
醫院使⽤用的洗澡裝置，必須將病患由病床搬運至洗澡 床，再推至洗浴間浴室清洗，然後再將病患搬回床上， ⼀一來⼀一往搬動，對多數病患⽽而⾔言，非但無法享受洗澡 的痛快，反倒成為莫⼤大折騰，甚至造成傷害。︒

「原床洗澡」的發明，可讓無法移動的病患輕鬆洗澡， 病患只需翻身，照顧者僅需將帆布墊在床上，讓病患 再翻回原先位置，就可開始洗個痛快熱⽔水澡，⼤大幅減 輕家⼈人照顧的沉重負擔。︒

新研發的重症病患洗浴床，⼀一萬元有找，相較⽬目前醫 院動輒上百萬元的洗浴床裝備，價格接受度更⾼高。︒

Flipod 非常⽅方便。︒它內置了嵌入式磁鐵以及充氣裝置， 患者可以將 氣，來提升腰部位置，從⽽而更⽅方便地坐起來。︒

現在怎麼做︖？ As mentioned in medical journals, it is understood that the current method of performing Therapy(CLRT) Firstly, CLRT performed in hospitals can be brutal and hard to adapt for the non ambulant patients.This is due to the mechanical tossing of patient's body which requires extensive trainings before usage as shown in figure(why)
現在怎麼做︖？ •
Secondly, the current solutions can only perform symmetrical body rotations, which prove to be a limitation for patients with non-uniform body pressure points(needs).

Thirdly, they are extremely bulky and undesirable for constrained living spaces(marketing)
