"FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS" ESTHER 4:14 Esther is my all time favorite woman of faith in the Bible. She is just a hardcore as they come. If you’ve never heard her story from the book of Bible named after her, Esther was a Jewish girl who was chosen by the king to be his wife. She was personally picked out by the King from all the most beautiful women in his kingdom. It was like winning Ms. America pageant, and getting to be queen as a result. While living the plush life of queen, the king sent out a proclamation to kill all the Jews. Esther found out about the plan and risked her life to go before the king without being called. She set a plan in motion that ended up with her revealing to the king that she also was a Jew, further
. And yet Esther’s actions ended up saving the lives of the Jewish people. Her acts of boldness can teach us so many things about standing up for what you believe in — even when it’s HARD! Our businesses and social media accounts give us a platform to speak. You can choose to use that to just advance your own goals, or you can recognize the good that you can do by being KIND on the internet for those who aren’t always surrounded by positivity in their day to day life. You never know what even a simple “you go girl” can do to your fellow instantbosses self esteem!

Hi I’m Sydney, the Owner and hairstylist for The Glamper Mobile Beauty salon. I work along with two makeup artists to glam up our clients for events, photo shoots, etc, in my renovated camper!
We all know the best ideas are born while driving or in the shower! That’s how my idea for the Glamper came about. I was driving behind a mobile dog grooming van, daydreaming-“ Ugh why didn’t I become a dog groomer? I could do something like that and I would make it super cute..... too bad I’m just a hairstylist.......wait I have an idea!.” So I started checking Facebook marketplace for a camper just to see, and found an ad for a completely empty vintage camper ....the lady went through a divorce and just wanted it gone so she had priced it really low, so I went to look at it thinking- this is too good to be true. Nope, I returned home with a camper and the Glamper Mobile Beauty was born! Renovating and updating the camper has been a fun process full of ups and downs! Trying to stay on a budget, my husband and I did most of the work ourselves. We spent many hours painting, sanding, researching and shopping to make my dream a reality! To transform a blank canvas into a mobile beauty salon posed some unique challenges.... how will I fit salon chairs through that tiny door? How will I get water to my sink without making it too heavy for my jeep to pull? How can we make AC and heat work so my clients will be comfortable? One by one, we overcame these hurdles... we ended up pushing the chairs through the window- (phew!), installing an inlet for a hose, and cutting a hole in the wall for a portable air conditioner. In the end, I’m proud of the work we have done & I hope we can bring value to the community

Nothing says “thank you” like a caffeine-filled surprise. Our gift sample pack comes with an exquisite array of random flavors that makes the perfect package add-on for that memorable touch. Plus, coffee is that gift that keeps on giving; if our unbeatably enticing coffee could convert people any more quickly, we’d be a coffee cult by now (shh…)

Hello! I’m glad you’re here! I’m the owner of Kenela & Co. A handmade earrings business. In 2017, my family and I were called by God to move to Texas from our home state of Iowa to do His will. As we are still seeking, I know one of them is to run a small business, Kenela & Co. Once a supervisor at a 9-5 job, after having my 2nd son, I became stay at home mom for 12 years. I did not know what I wanted to do but know I was made to be a mother to my kids. When they started going to school full time, I felt I needed to do something as a hobby. One day, I stopped by a friends house for some coffee. We were talking about jewelry and she showed me handmade earrings out of leather. I found it surprising how easy it is to make those earrings. I started making them for myself, family and friends. That become a side hobby at home. In the town of New Braunfels, there are many local, small businesses, including boutiques. I see how much support everyone give each other and give back to the community. The enthusiasm I see in business owners showing community more than competition ignited my fire and wanted to be able to do the same. Give back to the community and help fundraisers reach their goals. I am the type to meet new people, deaf & hearing and build relationships with them. This is when God put me in a position to start Kenela & Co. I build relationships, they become my loyal customers. Sometimes that is my privilege to share my testimonies, because you never know how that would possibly help others! It’s very important to me as a deaf business owner to build relationships with customers because if I don’t, I won’t be able to personally know their type/style in earrings. Just like this, without a relationship with Jesus, you wouldn’t know where He would want you to be.
I am very thankful for all of the support I’ve received since 2019 in this small business. My husband is my greatest supporter & he has been behind me all the way. I have faced trials & joy, however, once I experience trials, I come out even more stronger and more wiser. As an earrings lady to my loyal customers, I thank each of you for your love & to those boutiques who carry my earrings in your stores, I appreciate you. My tip to those who are thinking about starting a business or already are running one: : Everyone has their own story. You do this through your personal growth. Do not compare yourself to others, only compare yourself to the person you were yesterday.

To be honest! I’d use it for classes to gain more knowledge in social media and all this new technology. I feel like that would not only benefit our business but my life in general.
Shelving. Office supplies. Anything to make my space more organized. Possibly a payment for a she shed lol but solely for the boutique.
When did you start your boutique? I opened my boutique August 13, 2018. When did you start making profit? So I know it’s going to sound crazy but on our first day that we opened our boutique, we did 40k. So we profited right away. We had an online following from Lularoe and they followed us over. How many employees do you have? This is a great question. We always had a team when we do live sales. It used to take us about twenty people to help us do a live Facebook sale but now that we use Dibsy honestly we only need three and that’s what we have. We have about 3-5 employees working for us.
What social platform did you make your first sale on? As I mentioned before our first sale was Facebook. It was a Facebook live sale. So that is where we run our business from. What is typically your best sales month? Our best sales is March and April like spring is the air and they get really, really excited about getting a whole new spring wardrobe. Do you have live sales? Oh yes! That’s only really what we do is Facebook live. That’s solely how we get our business. What is the most you have sold in one month? Our highest month is 550k and that’s always around springtime. That’s usually what we do. Do you have an app? Yes, we have an app and we have a Shopify website and we use Dibsy to read our comments. Text marketing, email marketing or both? We actually don’t use any email marketing or text messaging. We just rely on the push notifications through our app. What’s your favorite social platform? Totally Facebook is my favorite platform but it’s definitely what we rely on for our business. Though I have been having fun with Tiktok and have been getting new faces coming over to Facebook from there.

I’m a hot mess. . My life, my kids, my husband, my house, my hair... everything. But I try to make it look like I’ve got myself put together..... I think many women my age feel the same. However, the owners of the hot mess domain wanted $175K for it... PASS. So, I classed it up. HauteMess
I grew up struggling to like who I was because I let what others said about me determine my worth! I gained self-confidence after struggling with anxiety/depression in elementarymiddle school and wanted to teach others to LIKE themselves!!!! At 10 years old, It was a pageant platform and a year ago we launched merch and happy products!!!!
We're a boutique with heart that gives back to a different charity each month. Also, our family serves at an orphanage in Mexico every year and we started our boutique as a way to be able to give back to them and others more. I showed my boyfriend years ago a pillow that had all the animals that when they found their special one, they mate for life. (That was me at the early stage of a relationship hinting the future) Of course my boyfriend the only thing he saw was a beaver. So to this day we called each other beaver that's our cute nickname, which my daughter, now 5, calls my boyfriend beaver because it is all she heard me called him. So when I was wondering what to name my boutique, he jokingly said The Beaver Boutique . Which it just fit. I'm "beaver" so it is kinda my store and also since our motto is for people to find their perfect match, like real beavers do. It is just make sense. It is an awkward name but it fits for me, it has a meaning behind it.
I am a school teacher and 6 years ago I decided I needed a side gig since I was about to have 4 kids heading to college. I had absolutely no retail experience, I mean 0% so I was truly going Out on a Limb. Within a year I had outgrown working out of my house and opened a brick and mortar in 2015.
