All periodic checks during the warranty period are conducted solely by the manufacturer’s qualified personnel or INTER CARS only. It applies to the following stations: EVERT, PROFITOOL, TEXA, VALEO. The scope of an individual periodic check includes, among others: - replacement of consumables + deletion of pump meter and counter data - checking seals and line connections - checking / calibration of the main and supplementary weight meters - checking / calibration of pressure sensor(s) - checking / calibration of dosage / recovery of refrigerant, oil and UV - FIRMWARE software upgrades (the main software – for TEXA stations) - database upgrades (as an option – the cost depending on the manufacturer, model and software version)

Ozon-Maker - ozone generating device The device, by ionizing the air, produces unstable allotropes of oxygen, i.e. ozone O3. Ozone, being a very strong oxidant, and removes all impurities accumulated in the cabin. It effectively removes damp that collects mainly on floor coverings and on air conditioning evaporators. It also eliminates unpleasant odors. Depending on the size of vehicle cabin and the degree of its contamination, the device has the ability to select the operating mode and time (5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes). In case of buses, it is recommended to use several Ozone Maker devices. Ozone (O3) is in the atmospheric air, where it is formed from oxygen under the influence of UV radiation. Ozone is a gas heavier than air, it is unstable and decomposes quickly. Decomposition accelerates growth of the temperature, humidity and air pollution. In water, ozone decom - poses more rapidly than in the air. In the form of gas it is colorless, in thicker layers it is blue. In the liquid state it is intensely dark-blue, and in the solid state it is almost black. Ozone is a very strong oxidizing compound, much stronger than oxygen. It breaks down into oxygen molecules and atomic oxygen. Due to its very strong oxidizing properties is widely used in industry. Ozonator MX4000 - ozone generating device M-MX4000 ozone generatorThe M-MX4000 ozone generator is intended for COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL USE. The machine operates on single-phase AC voltage of Un = 230 V at 50 Hz. This machine generates ozone. Ozone is one of the most effective known disinfectants. Ozone displays bactericidal action at a concentration of 13 μg/dm3. The bactericidal action of ozone is about 50 times better and 3000 faster than of chlorine. Ozone is an irritant gas which damages biological membranes by free radical reactions with the membrane components. Once in living cells, ozone may inhibit the action of cellular enzymes and arrest intracellular respiration. The first symptoms of ozone irritation (observable already at 0.2 μg/ dm3) include: coughing, sore throat, drowsiness and headache. Ozone’s half-life is (practically) short: 30 minutes; hence its primary concentration falls to approx. 6% in two hours.
