May be signed by Regent, Vice Regent or Deputy Regent. The Package has been reviewed by our Screening Committee. We found that, while a good individual, s/he has not compiled the experience, community service, or organizational support qualifications to move the package forward through the ICD Candidate Process. Although the application was not accepted this year, we encourage you to continue to mentor Dr. ________ , document new accomplishments and consider submitting another recommendation when the supporting material is stronger. 2. This letter is for the Membership Committee to respond to a Sponsor whose Candidate has been denied Fellowship through the Board’s voting process. If the vote comes back to the Section Office with a “No” or “Abstain” vote, the voter is sent the Letters of Recommendation that accompanied the package. If the vote is still non-supportive and there are two non-supported votes for a Candidate, the package goes to the Membership Committee. The decision of the committee is final for this package.
