Magda Sowierszenko Congress Committee President Dear Delegates, On behalf of the Congress Committee, I welcome you to International Congress. Since day one, a passionate group of millennials have worked hard to bring the entire network to Poland. With booklets in the hands of our delegates, we can proudly say we nailed it and that you are officially participating in the 68th AIESEC International Congress! What was thought to be impossible is now a reality thanks to a determined group of individuals, in their twenties, who did not let obstacles stand in the way of their dreams. At times it felt crazy, but we kept our strength to give back to an organization that has given to us more than any University. AIESEC is an organization that allows young people to discover and learn from their mistakes as well as successes — transforming them into true leaders. During AIESEC’s largest annual gathering, where AIESEC entities exchange conversations regarding the development of the organization, we knew that Poland would effectively showcase its engaged youth and great Poles who have amazed the world with their innovations. I would truly like to thank all of the firms and organizations that believed in us and decided to become a partner of the 68th AIESEC International Congress. Without your commitment and support, this event would not be possible. More than this, I would like to thank the Honorary Board and AIESEC Alumni who helped us arrive where we could not. Delegates, It has been two months since we set down during our planning as AIESEC International 1617â&#x20AC;&#x2122; and dreamt about IC. Many questions were crossing our mind and for many of them, we are still looking for answers. Yet, we are here! AIESEC in Poland AIESEC in Poland was established thanks to the initiative of Polish students: Marek Gruszczyński, Jerzy Cieślik and Wincenty Kamiński. The entity was officially registered as AIESEC’s member entity in 1971 at International Congress in Tokyo. Achieving 1,500+ exchanges this past year, AIESEC Poland is on AIESEC International’s top 10 contributors list.

Opening Ceremony Together with one of the largest theatres in Europe, Teatr Wielki Opera Narodowa, AIESEC celebrates the opening of the 68th International Congress. With 1000+ Millennials from 120+ nations and territories, Opening Ceremony allows externals to witness the organizationâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s true impact. #iSeePoland Kameralna Harmonia Meet Katarzyna Kamer and Hubert Giziewski, heavily praised and recognized worldwide advocates of Polish music. This unique combination allows the artists to present real gems of chamber music: from folk to classical. Marta Baranowska i Dariusz Brojek Cracovia Danza is a professional ballet group in Poland specializing in early dance. The groupâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s portfolio comprises around 20 performances showing the history of dance from middle ages till modern times. Audiofeels A Polish ensemble that uses their vocal chords to replicate instruments in hopes to create an entire orchestra on stage. Each performance is a magnetic fusion between rich vocal harmonies and the charismatic instrumental stage appearance.

A festival highlighting the unique elements of 120+ cultures and traditions present at International Congress. Delegates and community members alike immerse into an environment filled with various cuisines, national dances, traditional costumes, and local artists. Ritmo Bloco A group of samba rhythmic artists out of Warsaw who participate in concerts, workshops, parades and environmentally-friendly. The group has been invited to perform at various global festivals such as Karneval der Kulturen, Special World Cup Football, BMW Prague Half Marathon, and more! Daria Zawiałow Daria Zawiałow is a young independent and inspirational artist with a rebellious soul. Composing and writing the lyrics to her own songs, Zawiałow has a clear vision for her work. Despite the fascination with the work of foreign artists Daria Zawiałow sings mainly in Polish.

GLOBAL YOUTHSPEAK FORUM: poland 2016 AIESEC’s Global Youth Speak Forum (GYSF) is a premiere 2-day event during AIESEC’s 68th International Congress in Poland that connects today’s youth leaders with business professionals to have meaningful conversations about pressing global issues. The Forum will build upon conversations, outputs, and learnings of the previous Global YouthSpeak Forums and AIESEC Youth Action Summit. Global YouthSpeak Forum allows delegates of all backgrounds to exchange ideas and foster newly formed insight into actionable outcomes aimed at taking humanity forward. GYSF will give attendees the opportunity to hear from some of the world’s top thought leaders through various keynote speeches and collaborative workshops. Global YouthSpeak Forum 2016 in Poland will cast a spotlight on youth and youth leadership. We live in a world where almost 50% of world’s population is under 25 years old, making youth generation today, the largest one in human history. Developing youth leaders today not only allows us to impact the world together, but unlocks the enormous potential for building a better future for all.

AIESEC Alumni International Congress 2016 : A Congress gathering 100+ Alumni from across the world. Taking place in Warsaw this year from the 20-23rd, AIESEC Alumni International Congress aims to connect todayâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s youth with the professional world. The Congress will also focus on how to engage various affiliates of AIESEC to promote entrepreneurship, leadership, sustainable development, as well as social and economic diversity. AIESEC Alumni are the ex-members of the organization, who currently belong to the group of successful entrepreneurs, managers in various companies and public figures. They focus on development and progress. In their actions they care about business results, as well as social responsibility. The Alumni join the current AIESECers during the Polish Night on Saturday, 20th of August. Before that, our Alumni who we believe have a great impact on our world are honoured and recognised during the Hall of Fame. On Monday, 22nd of August, the Alumni take part in the Gala Night in Ossa.
