Business Services
*
Whether you are an NGO or a private company, the IPC believes that at the heart of any successful operation are key elements that should be shared with all IPC schools. For this reason, we have assigned dedicated and experienced team members to work with each IPC school.
Marketing • Communication • Public Relations • Social Media Management
Creative • Branding • Corporate ID • Advertising
Training and Consultancy • Director Training • Practical Guides • Code of Conduct
The business services aspect of the IPC has three objectives: (1) Raise market awareness of IPC schools; (2) Increase the market share of IPC schools versus non IPC competitor schools; (3) Increase enrollment rates for IPC schools versus non IPC schools. These objectives are achieved through expert marketing, creative and design support, training of key personnel and consultancy.
“We have started with our third term and business is booming. Juliana and I loved IPC and we are so happy we chose it. When we plan lessons with the teachers, we are always impressed with how structured and rich the themes are...our preschoolers have gotten accepted in prestigious and high ranked schools in Dubai...my child got accepted in KG2 and was able to skip KG1 because his examiner was so impressed with his level. Now we really know IPC is great!” – Tasneem Ajay, Orange Tree Nursery, an IPC school

Q: I already have my own curriculum. Do I have to stop teaching what I normally teach at my school? A: No! There is no requirement that you replace your existing program with the IPC. You may use the IPC as a supplementary program or you may supplement the IPC with other programs that suit your needs. Q: How do I go about implementing the IPC’s curriculum in my school? A: The IPC’s program is very versatile and you will receive training on how to gradually implement the program if you already have an existing curriculum. There is no requirement that you start implementing it at the start of an academic term, many schools gradually introduce the IPC mid term before officially changing over.
Q: My school caters for age groups outside of the IPC program. Can I still use the IPC School Manager software and other products/services for the rest of the school? A: Yes! The IPC’s products and services offer benefits that may apply to your entire school. You can even use your IPC website to promote aspects of your school that do not necessarily relate to the IPC. Q: Where can I use the IPC logo? A: Once authorized by the IPC, you can use the logo on all marketing materials and stationery. This includes websites, building signage, business cards etc. You can also use the IPC logo on uniforms Q: My teachers are already trained. Do they have to undertake IPC training? A: Yes, all IPC facilitators have to undergo IPC training regardless of qualification or experience. Teachers may start teaching with IPC materials provided they start their training. It is not a requirement that they complete the course before teaching. Q: Will someone from the IPC visit my school? A: The IPC aims to visit each school at some point during the contract term, however, it is not guaranteed that an IPC representative or consultant will visit your school. If you would like a consultant to visit your school, travel and accommodation charges will apply. Q: Does the IPC promote any religious teachings? A: The IPC does not include any religious teachings in its curriculum, but you are free to supplement the IPC with religious teachings as you see fit in your community. Q: Will the IPC assist with licensing applications? A: The IPC does assist with licensing applications and has developed a good rapport with ministerial and governmental authorities in many countries. Typically, a license application may require the IPC to submit a copy of the curriculum, a letter of support and confirmation that the IPC’s accreditation criteria has been met by the school owner. Q: Will the IPC provide me with a business plan? A: Depending on the agreement you reach with the IPC, your marketing director will work with you in developing a business plan that can be used for debt and equity financing, or simply as a means of identifying your future financial goals and strategies. Q: Can the IPC help me identify and recruit key staff members? A: The IPC has a pool of qualified candidates from around the world and will advertise any vacancies on your behalf. The IPC will not interview or hire any candidate on behalf of a school, but will provide you with applications as and when they are received.
