Total electronic control of the washing lines also permits the development of a mixed cycle in which the washing cycle is automatically defined depending on the type of material it is loaded with.

An automatic coating plant for electronic boards. The machine has a storage reservoir, a filtration system and a refrigerating unit which creates a cool plug containing the product. The machine is managed by a PLC which is easy to program using the touch screen.
Spray cleaning machine which cycle can include one or more washing stages with detergent and several rinsing in demineralised and net water. Final drying with hot filtered air. The machine is used for the cleaning of electronic boards and welding frames.

The plant represents the best solution with respect to the quality and flexibility of the cleaning and drying, and it corresponds to the denominated process “hybrid�, which uses water detergent solutions for the cleaning and new generation co-solvent and solvent for the drying. It is possible to make the cleaning without the detergent part passing directly to the co-solvent/solvent.
An automatic cleaning plant which uses HFE solvents with heat pump system that allows to save energy and with 6Kw of total absorption. It has a double cleaning in co-solvent with fluxing managed by pumps with inverter.

An automatic cleaning plant with ultrasonic and/o fluxing cleaning, net water rinsing and demineralised water rinsing, drying in hot air. The cycles are managed by a PLC which is easy to program using the touch screen. .
An automatic cleaning plant for electronic boards which works with two types of solvents: a co-solvent product (hydrocarbon base) and a fluoride solvent to rinse and dry (HFE). The machine has protection systems against E.S.D., automatic loading and unloading anti-static mats, fluxing and filtering pumps, ultrasonics.
