1. PRESENTATION IPSF as the principal organization of international defense for pharmacy and pharmaceutical science students and recent graduates, that promotes a better public health by providing information, education, networks and a variety of publications and professional initiatives; we are promoting an awareness-raising outreach UNITED AGAINST PYROTECHNICS to promote animal protection against the noise of firecrackers and flyers, providing through virtual presentations, a serie of recommendations for pet owners and institutions in order to avoid animal suffering. For this reason, a PHOTOGRAPH CONTEST is being organized.
2. LEGAL BASE • Legislative Decree, N°. 295, Civil Code • Legislative Decree N°. 822, Law on Copyrights
3. PURPOSE To summon all students and health professionals so that, through photography, they can express themselves with messages on the USE OF PYROTECHNICS (fireworks).
4. OBJECTIVE Select the photographs for visual arts broadcast with the theme UNITED AGAINST PYROTECHNICS.
5. THE APPLICANTS This contest can be joined by natural and juridical persons representing an organization or health association.

6. THE REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICATION Fill in this form on Google Drive: https://forms.gle/v4U7gp9gyFUgahKw7 a) A picture with your beloved one b) Add to the pic a message referring to UNITED AGAINST PYROTECHNICS. c) The link that directs to a folder on Google Drive, if its a USB, this must contain a photography that fulfills the following characteristics: ● It must have been taken, from its origin, in high resolution quality and it could have been taken with any device (cell phone, digital and/or analog camera). ● The photograph should show an image highlighting a message against the use of fireworks. ● It must be in digital format. ● Copies will not be accepted, nor artworks that directly show labels or brands that could be interpreted as advertising. ● Photomontages are not allowed. Only basic settings such as color adjustment, saturation, brightness and contrast. ● The photograph presented must not go against the law or the rule of law. Likewise, it must not promote, directly or indirectly, violence or any tipe of discrimination.

OF THE RESTRICTIONS ON PARTICIPATION Each applicant can submit a maximum of one photograph to this contest. In the case of submitting more than one, it will be considered as excluded from this contest. As indicated in the preceding numeral, if the photograph is not completely owned by the entrant, it cannot be declared as selected for this contest.

OF THE COMPETITION STAGES 8.1. OF THE CALL FOR APPLICATION Several organizations in association with IPSF are invited to participate in this photo contest, according to the cronogram consigned in the Bases.

FORMULATION AND ABSOLUTION OF INQUIRIES
This must be sent only to the next email: rmpo@paro.ipsf.org, with the subject “Photo Contest”

Virtual Presentation
To every participant it will be sent the Zoom platform room link for the presentation and awarding of certificates.

EVALUATION CRITERIA
The jury will evaluate the photographic works based on the following criteria: a) Image: composition, light management and style. b) Visual content: thematic represented in relation to the purpose of this
contest. c) Contextual information: the information attached to the image. d) Message transmitted. The photographs that get first and second place will be declared as winners by the members of the jury. The selection of the third place photograph by public vote will be determined according to the following criteria: a) Highest number of positive reactions ("Like" and "I love it"). b) Higher number of times shared in public mode. c) Message transmitted. At the end of the voting period, a proceeding shall be issued indicating the voting carried out by the public. After this, a report shall be issued stating the results of the voting.
9. Certificates The prizes for the winners considered by the jury are as listed below: - 1ST Place: First Place Certificate - 2ND Place: Second Place Certificate - 3RD Place: Third place Certificate - For participation, a certificate of recognition.
