In addition, a Google Drive link will be sent to participants so that you can send the video between June 16 and July 7, 2021. It is provided that all the videos will be published on the PARO YouTube channel July 7 and July 10 so that the judges can evaluate the projects and people can vote for the best video by “liking” it. Likes will be taken into account until July 23. On July 25, the two winning teams will be published on PARO's social networks.

Winners evaluation: There will only be two winning audiovisual projects. Evaluation will be conducted by 2 different types of judges: The judges of the audiovisual content:  

Ms. Amira Ali; Chairperson Media and Publications 2020-21 Mr. Mauricio Miranda; Regional Media and Publications Officer of the PARO 2020-21

Judges of the educational and scientific content:  

Ms. Karima Bennara; Chairperson of Pharmacy Education 2020-21 Ms. Laura Perez; Regional Projects Officer of the PARO 2020-21

Each judge will be given a scoring form from 1 to 100 to identify the percentage that they will give to the video, which will be worth 10% of the video’s score. There will also be another way of evaluation - the amount of Likes and views that the video has. Each like is equivalent to 1%, therefore if the video gains over 60 likes, its value would always be 60%. If the video gets more than 250 views, a 15% will be added. Below is the table of the evaluations items: Table of qualification items Judges of the educational and scientific 20% content Judges of the audiovisual and design 20% content Number of likes (15 for each like) 1-60% Extra: more than 300 views 15% (Extra)
