HOMECOMING BANNER CONTEST Oct. 12-18, 2015 - UF Spirit Banners will be on display in the Alumni Memorial Union. Judging: Friday, Oct. 16. Winners will be announced at Oiler Bash on Friday evening. Banners due by Friday, Oct. 9 in the Alumni Office (1015 N. Main St.) to qualify to win.

6 p.m. White Coat Ceremony, College of Pharmacy & Reception Winebrenner Theological Seminary 950 N. Main St., Findlay, OH Continuing the tradition, third-year pharmacy students will be welcomed to the profession in a white coat ceremony, with a reception to follow for students, parents and pharmacy alumni. As part of the celebration, we invite pharmacy alumni to participate as mentors and make a lasting connection with current students. Gardner Fine Arts Pavilion – Mazza Museum, UF campus Members of the Class of 1965 and their guests are invited to this special reunion gathering. 7 - 9 p.m. Oiler Bash Koehler Fitness & Recreation Complex Join us for the Oiler Bash. There’s something everyone can enjoy. Join us for a campus version of the TV game show Family Feud featuring our homecoming court, administration and coaches. Enjoy the inflatables and carnival and having pictures taken in the photo booth. The campus spirit committee will be announcing the banner contest winner. And, when you’re done having fun after the bash, enjoy our annual spectacular fireworks display!

SATURDAY, OCT. 17 8 a.m. Homecoming 5K Run/Walk Registration: Croy Physical Education Center Registration begins at 6:45 a.m. All preregistered participants will receive a T-shirt. Join alumni, students, faculty, staff, parents and community members in walking, running, skipping or jogging! Proceeds from this event will benefit Generation Orange. Go to www.findlay.edu/5K. 5K Run/ Walk $20, UF Student with valid ID $10 (includes a T-shirt); if postmarked by Sept. 25, entries are non-refundable. All 5K Run/ Walk entries received after Sept. 25 are $25 and not guaranteed a T-shirt. 9 a.m. Alumni Association Annual Breakfast Winebrenner Theological Seminary, 950 N. Main St., Findlay, OH Enjoy breakfast with alumni from all over the nation while congratulating the 2015 Distinguished Alumni, recipients of the Old Main Award, the Gold Medallion, the Arch Award, the Class of 1965 on their Golden Anniversary, Class of 1975 - 40 years, and Class of 1990 - 25 years. The nomination committee of the Alumni Board of Governors have approved the following to serve as board members for a three-year term: Susan Hite ’87, Liz Ditto ’81, Mike Clouse ’96 M’06, DeMya Wimberly ’94. Featured speakers will be President Katherine Fell, Ph.D., a member of the Parent Executive Council, and the senior class president. $10 per person; 5 and under: no cost; ages 6-12: $5 *Registration is required. 11 a.m. Dedication of University Archives Expansion Supported by the Class of 1965 Shafer Library, University Archives Second Floor Thanks to gifts from the Class of 1965 in honor of their 50th Anniversary Reunion, the University Archives space is growing! Areas to be open: Research Laboratory: faculty and students perform research in this area. Pharmacy Skills Laboratory: pharmacy students are trained in how to prepare and dispense prescriptions, including the compounding of products that are not commercially available. My First Patient Practice Laboratory: students practice patient counseling and patient assessment skills such as measuring blood pressure, blood glucose and cholesterol. SimMan Patient Skills Laboratory: a sophisticated patient simulator that can mimic a real patient in many ways.

Main St., Findlay, OH Celebration of 5-year reunion *Registration is required. 12:30 p.m. Seventh Annual Marching Band and Oiler Brass Reunion Donnell Stadium Bring your instruments and wear black slacks. We’ll have music and a T-shirt that are yours to take home with you. All band instruments are welcome! You’ll rehearse with the Oiler Brass and perform with the band during pre-game and at halftime. 2 p.m. Football Game, Oilers vs. Northwood University Donnell Stadium Come dressed in orange and black with lots of creativity! Our 2015 Homecoming Court will be announced along with honoring the 2015 Distinguished Alumni and Award Recipients. Game tickets purchased at the gate.
