안녕하세요 ! 김진덕-정경식 재단 대표 김한일입니다. 바쁘신 일정에도 참석해 주신 각 축구회, 귀빈 여러분, 축사를 보내온 마이크혼다 연방 하원의원 , 칸센츄 주 하원의원, 산호세 샘 리카르도 시장, 탬 뉴엔, 에쉬 칼라 시의원님께 심심한 감사를표합니다. 해송 축구회와 대회장으로써 인연을 맺은지 4회째로 영광스럽게 생각하며, 지난 4년간 해송 대회는 질 적, 양적으로 많이 성장하는것을 지켜보며 자랑스러웠습니다. 친목 도모로 시작한 해송 축구대회에 연방하원의원, 캘리포니아 주 하원의원, 산호세 시장및 시의원 님 들께서 축사를 해준다는 것은 이 지역 한인의 위상과 한인 동포 사회의 미래가 밝다는 것은 물론이고, 우 리 한국인이 해야 할 일이 많다는것에 자부심을 가져야 합니다. 지난 1년간 google의 독도 표기 오류 정정 서명 운동에 동참한 동포가 10만명이 넘었다는 사실이 이를 증명해 줍니다. 서명운동은 일단락 되었지만 우리 동포사회가 해야 할 일은 많이 남았으며, 앞으로 축구 인들께서 동포 사회에 적극적으로 나서 주시기를 희망 합니다. 푸른 잔디에서 거친 숨을 내뿜을 오늘 축구잔치의 주인공인 각 축구팀에게 깊은 감사를 드리며 모두 건강하게 무사고로 즐겁게 축구 잔치를 즐기시기 바랍니다. 사랑합니다!!! 축구인 여러분!!! 2016년 4월 16일 대회장 김한일

북가주 체육인 여러분, 실리콘밸리 해송(Hae Song) 축구대회 개최를 진심으로 기쁘게 생각합니다. 해송 축구회 주최로 매번 성황리에 개최되는 이 대회가 어느덧 8회째를 맞이하면서 북가주 지역의 주요 스포 츠 행사로 자리매김하고 있다고 생각합니다. 그간 대회의 성공적 운영은 물론 스포츠인의 화합과 발전을 위해 노고를 아끼지 않으신 김한일 대회장님 안상석 실리콘밸리 체육회장님을 비롯한 대회 관계자 여러분들께도 감사의 인사를 드립니다. 올해 대회는 다른 해에 비해 중국, 베트남팀들도 대규모로 함께 참여한다는 점에서 매우 의미 있는 대회 라고 생각합니다. 앞으로 이 대회가 더욱 발전하여 지역 스포츠 동호인들의 소통과 화합의 장이 되기를 바라며 북가주 지역의 손꼽히는 모범적인 스포츠 대회로 거듭나기를 기대하겠습니다. 오늘 참가팀들이 페어플레이 정신으로 경기에 임하여 ‘건전한 정신과 건강한 신체’를 함양하고 서로간의 친목을 더욱 깊게 다지는 계기가 되기를 바라겠습니다. 감사합니다.

I want to take a moment to recognize Silicon Valley Korean American Committee, Silicon Valley Korean Amateur Sports Association, Silicon Valley Korean Soccer Association, and Korean American Media Association for their hard work in putting together HaeSong FC Soccer Team Annual Soccer Tournament. They have captured, by their actions, the hearts of fans all over the area. They have made all of us, Korean Americans, Vietnamese Americans, Chinese Americans, Asian Americans as a whole, and myself, as a Congressman of Silicon Valley, very proud of them. If nothing else, the Annual Soccer Tournament is a testament to the organizers’ and players’ perseverance, hard work, and dedication. I thank the organizers and players for their time and hard work. What the Annual Soccer Game represents is much more than just a game. The soccer game cultivates understanding and cooperation between people of different cultures, and many times the cooperation results in lasting friendships. To me, this soccer tournament represents a healthy balance between American competition and inter-connectivity between peoples and races across the globe. Dear Friends: Forty-one years ago when I was 18, I escaped to Korea as a refugee when my county Vietnam was lost to the communists in April 1975. At the refugee camp in Busan I received warm welcome and assistance from the wonderful Korean people. I am deeply grateful for that kindness everyday of my life. Today I am honored to serve as councilman of San Jose city. I am proud to be part a diversified community where we all respect and care for each other. So you will understand my joy when seeing our community come together in this wonderful event. This is the best way to celebrate our community spirit by participating in events to build up friendship, mutual understanding, respect, and support. I am delighted to attend the Hae Song FC Soccer Tournament; it has grown in many aspects over time. Hae Song FC has worked so hard in putting together the 8th Hae Song FC Soccer Tournament, and has made it a more international & diversified event. Through sports, we can all be united and support each other without any barriers. So, this event has made us friends. This valuable event has been organized and continued by the Hae Song FC which has always inspired the Silicon Valley Korean American Community, with their excellent commitment through wonderful sportsmanship to help seniors, students, local sportsmen, people in need and other various activities in the Korean-American community. Hae Song FC always has the warmest hearts for our local community. To me, this soccer tournament represents a terrific harmony between healthy bodies and team spirit so that through healthy sports events, we could be closer and continue building wonderful friendships together over time. As one of the journalists, I will try my best to spread this proud event to the local and national community, to challenge and inspire more people so people could be healthier and happier. Rule of Soccer Competition Article 1 : Objective This soccer competition is specially sponsored by Jinduk & Kyungsik Kim Foundation and SVKAC, hosted by Haesong Soccer team. All participant team and member must obey the rule and regulation made by host. Respect the judge of referee and create the culture of good manner soccer to pursue cheerful soccer competition. Article 2 Classification of competition 1. O.B team Born in 1967 and older. (Born before 1970 can play on O.B team as wild card) 2. Middle aged team Born in 1977 and older (Born before 1980 can play on Middle Aged team as wild card. ) 3. Youth team No age limit 4. WILD CARD Maximum 2 players Article 3 Qualification of player 1. Must carry valid picture ID card with Birth date for age verification. 2. All Participants should submit players list before the competition to event headquarter. All player must get seal after personal verification before the event. 3. Foreign player can be played maximum 3 in Youth team, 2 in middle aged team and 2 in O.B team. Foreign player cannot be used as wild card. This rule does not apply to foreign team. Article 4 Game rule A and OB team: the leader of each Group play final mantch and 2nd ranked team of each Group play for 3rd. B Team: 1st and 2nd rank of Group play final match . 3rd and 4th ranked team play for 3rd decision of Rank when the point is equal

Delta of goal (goal scored - goal allowed = Delta) When the delta is equal, winner in group match win. When tied in Group match, high scored team win. By raffle Game rule All game plays 1st and 2nd half. 25minutes each half. (Half time: 5minutes) 2 referee for all games. When the final match is tied, Extra time of 10 minutes 1st half and 10 minutes 2nd half will be followed without rest time. Minimum 9 players needed for the game. If the game cannot go on more than 10 minutes for the lack of players, the game is considered abandoned. The result is automatically 3-0 loss No player can play without seal verification and the referee will check the seal before the match. Except youth team. Only dedicated player by team in advance is allowed to play as WILD CARD
Article 5 Substitution 1. Up to 5 players can be substituted. 2. Player substituted 1st half cannot play again on 1st half.( Can be played on 2nd half) 3. WILD CARD: Allowed 2 players.. Article 6 punishment 1. During game, language abuse, insult, violence will be punished by referee’s judge. As a result game will be lost by forfeit. 2. Insulting and Abusing language will result Red card by referee. 3. 1 red card or two yellow card will be ejected the player and he will miss next match. 4. Physical violence and disobeying the referee will result loss by forfeit for entire game. 5. Captain is only person who can appeal claim to referee. 6. When the player debate or insult the spectator can be received yellow or red card. 7. Prize for the championship is 15 set of Uniform, 2nd position will get Soccer game ball. The prize will not be given when the team get the red card for using insulting and abusing language and violence. Article 7 Appendix 1. Injuries happening during event and games are responsible of each player. Remind and educate oneself that all accident and injuries are one’s responsibility. 2. The rule which is not included in this statement will be followed the decision of Committee. By signing my signature I admit that I understand the rule and responsibility. 14

대회 경기 규정 제 1조 : 목 적 본 대회는 김진덕 정경식 재단과 SVKAC 에서 특별 후원 하고 해송 축구회에서 주최하며 모든 참가팀과 선수들은 본 대회 주최측이 정 한 규정과 규칙을 준수하며 심판 판정을 존중하여 매너있는 축구대회 문화를 조성하여 즐거운 축구대회를 추구 한다. 제 2조
대회 구분 1. O.B 부 1967년부터 (70년생 부터 OB부 출전 가능) 2. 장년부 1977년 부터 (80년생 부터 장년부 출전 가능) 3. 청년부 나이 제한 없음 4. WILD CARD 각팀 당 2명
제 3조 선수 자격 1. 2. 3. 4.
본인 사진이나 생년월일을 확인 할 수 있는 증명서나 I.D를 지참한 회원에 한 한다. 모든 참가 선수는 대회 시작 전 반드시 선수명단을 본부석에 제출하고 본인 확인 도장을 받아야 한다. 외국인 선수는 A팀 3명, B팀 2명 , OB 2명까지 출전할 수 있으며 자격은 제 2조의 의무를 따르며. (외국인은 wild card 없음) , 외국인 팀은 예외로 한다. OB선수만 A, B팀으로 게임에 참가 할 수 있다. A, B팀 선수는 이동 할 수 없다.
제 4조 게임 운영 규칙 1.
순위 결정 • 골 득실 (득점 ㅡ 실점 = 차이점) 이 큰 팀으로 한다. • 골 득실이 같을 경우 승자 승 을 원칙으로 한다. • 득점이 높은 순으로 한다. • 추첨으로 한다.
2. 운영 방식 • 모든 경기 시간은 전 후 반 각 25분 씩 한다. (휴식시간: 5분) • 모든 경기는 각 경기장에 주심2명으로 진행한다. • 결승전은 무승부시 휴식 없이 연장전 전/후반 각 10분씩으로 경기를 진행한다. • 팀의 선수가 최소 9명까지 정식 게임으로 진행 한다. • 정해진 경기시간 10분이 지난 후 팀의 선수가 출전하지 않을 경우 심판에 의해 3-0 패 몰수게임으로 한다. • 제 2조 사항에 의거 모든 부의 출전 선수들은 확인 도장 없이 게임에 임할 수 없으며 경기 시작 전 심판에 의해 도장 마크 여부를 확인한다.(A팀 제외) • WILD CARD 출전은 각 팀에 정해진 선수만 경기에 임 할 수 있다. 제 5조 선수 교체 1. 선수 교체는 5명으로 한다. 2. 전반에 교체 된 선수는 전반에는 들어 갈 수 없다.( 후반교체가능함) 3. WILD CARD: 각 팀 당 2명이 출전 할 수 있다. 제 6조 벌칙 및 징계 1. 경기도중 욕설 혹은 기타 사유(싸움)로 진행에 무리를 일으키거나 게임을 할 수 없을 경우 심판 판정에 의해 게임 정지 및 몰수게임으로 한다. 2. 욕설시 심판의 판정에 의해 레드 카드를 준다. 3. 레드카드 1장 , 엘로우 카드 2장을 받으면 퇴장하고 다음 1 경기를 뛸 수 없다. 4. 물리적 폭력 또는 경기에 불응 하면 당일 전 게임을 팀 몰수 패로 처리 한다. 5. 주장만이 심판에 이의를 제기 할 수 있다. 6. 경기를 진행하는 선수는 경기 밖에 있는 사람에게 비방 또는 논쟁을 하면 엘로우나 레드카드를 받는다. 제 7조 부칙 1.
대회 행사와 경기 도중 발생하는 부상 및 사고는 본인 책임으로 하고 부상및 사고에 대한 책임은 본인에게 있음을 교육하여 숙지 시킨다.

Korean Amateur Sports Association of Silicon Valley (KASA of SV) was founded in 1985 and has had a total of 15 former presidents in the history of 31 years. KASA of SV is one of 27 branches forming the Sports Council for Korean Sports Association in USA (KSA of USA). The parent organization group is the Korean Olympic Committee, with a history of 80 years. KASA of SV works with Korean-Americans around the Santa Clara County and takes the lead in raising interest and awareness of Korean-American athletes. In addition, KASA of SV actively participated in KSA of USA sports competitions, which are held every two years in June, achieving numerous gold, silver, and bronze awards. The Silicon Valley Korean American Committee (SVKAC) monitors what our community needs, identifies the tasks that we can support, organizes a team to execute and supervises them until task completion. SVKAC, a non-profit organization, was established in 2015 and supports over 50,000 Korean Americans in the Silicon Valley. The organization's mission is to enhance the quality of life for Korean Americans in the Silicon Valley area and increase the sense of community among recent immigrants, seniors and youth. Through the development of a Community Center, promoting Korean art and culture, volunteering and support, we intend to better their lives via community outreach. We serve free Korean traditional meals occasionally. We also plan a series of concerts and multi-cultural festivals to promote cultural education for all. Our long term goal is to build an ethnic multi-purpose community center, and connecting San Jose and Suwon as sister cities is an on-going project.

북가주 자비봉사회 2010년 커뮤니티 봉사를 목적으로 50명 정도의 회원들이 합심하여 창립되었다. 첫해에는 산타클라라 노인봉사회원들을 대상으로 매월 생일잔치를 주선해주었고, 산타클라라 쉐리프국 직원과 가족(약 300명)들을 초청하여 바베큐파티를 열어주었다. 그후 산호세 다운타운의 노숙자들에게 관심을 갖고 식사대접을 매년 해오다가 작년부터는 생필품 등을 지원해주기 시작했다. 2011년 부터 거동이 불편하신 노인들을 위해 김치담가주기 행사를 시작했다. 첫해 150병을 시작으로 해마다 늘어나 작년 10월에는 해송축구회의 도움을 받아 600병을 직접담가 250여명에게 전달해주었다.150여명 정도 되며 회원중에는 불자들이 30% 정도이고 기독교, 카톨릭 등 다른 종교인들이 다수를 차지하여 특정종교인들의 단체는 아니라는 것을 밝혀둔다. 자비와 봉사를 향한 초심을 잃지 않고 해오던 행사를 더욱 내실있게 운영해나가려고 한다. 회원모집은 계속 하고 있으며 이사회의는 분기별로 갖고있다. 사회봉사에 관심이 있는 사람은 누구나 다 가입하여 활동할 수 있다.

따스한 봄 햇살 아래 제8회 해송축구대회를 개최하게 된것을 진심으로 축하 드립니다. 참가선수와 가족여러분 그리고 내빈여러분 반갑습니다. 오늘날 스포츠는 인류의 공통언어이자 문화입니다. 스포츠는 이제 단순히 승패를 떠나 용기, 희망, 감동 과 기쁨을 느끼며 나이와 성별, 계층, 국적을 넘어 화합과 우정을 다지는 축제의 장이 되었습니다. "건강 한 육체에 건강한 정신이 깃든다." "건강을 잃으면 다 잃는다." 는 말이 있습니다. 이 자리에 계신 모든분 들이 적극적인 체육활동으로 심신이 더욱 더 건강해 지심으로 지역사회에 활기찬 에너지를 불어 넣어 주 시는 주인공이 되시길 바랍니다. 이 축구대회를 위해 애써주신 김기수회장님과 관계자 여러분들께 감사의 말씀을 드리고 부상자없이 대회를 성공적으로 마치기 바라며 여러분들의 앞날에 건강과 행운이 가득하길 기원합니다.

해송축구회 해송 축구회는 8년전 산호세지역 축구인들이 주축이 되어 결성됐으며, 해송이란 바다의 소나무를 뜻하여 모든 풍파 를 이겨내라는 의미로 지었다. 14살 소년부터 64세 어르신까지 다양하게 구성되어있으며, 청년팀, 장년팀, OB팀 으로 나뉘어 총 100여명 이상의 회원이 매주 축구를 통해 하나가 되고있다. 매년 4월, 해송 축구회 주최 축구 대회를 개최 하고 있다. 시즌 오픈을 알리는 대회로 유명하며 8년간 매회 20개팀 이상이 참가하는 북가주의 대표급 대회로 자리 잡았다. 현재 매주 축구연습을 하고있는 하커 미들 스쿨 축구장은 본 축구회의 전용구장이며, 축구를 매개체로 아버지와 아들이 함께 뛰며 세대간의 소통을 이뤄가는 가족이 많은 것 이 특징이다. 자비 봉사회와 함께 지역 한인노인들을 위한 경로잔치와 노숙자들에게 생필품을 전달해왔다. 디앤자 칼리지 축구팀과 자매결연을 맺고 친선 경기와 유니폼등 축구용품을 지원 하기도 했다. 초등학생들을 중심 으로 꿈나무팀을 육성 할 계획이 있으며, 지역 사회 발전을 위해 봉사활동을 지속적으로 하고 있다. 매주 일요일 오전 8시부터 11시까지 Harker Middle School (3800 Blackford Ave. San Jose) 에서경기를 갖고있으며, 본 축구회에대한 문의는 회장 김기수 (408)529-3333, 감독 이종면 (408)469-2536 에게 하면된다.
