ABSTRACT An assembly buildings need to embody the transparency between citizens and their government which reflects the critical democratic dating. This is not literal transparency, but is about the building's feeling of public ownership and accessibility. It must impart the tremendous opportunity of the country larger than the individual, however supportive and engaging-now not aggressive or oppressive. The effects of these calculations are provided in tabular shape and pattern calculations are furnished in element. The detailing of the building is carried out via the use of AutoCAD. Loads are calculated in step with provisions of is codes, manual evaluation become achieved by means of kani's approach and limit state technique became used for design and those effects have been in comparison with staad seasoned. Our undertaking deals with the making plans, analysis and design of minister's headquarters which turned into performed the use of automobile cad and staad pro. It's far a strengthened concrete framed shape inclusive of g+3 which has wheeler & automobile parking facility within the ground. Is 456:2000 codes is the simple code for popular production in concrete systems, for this reason all of the structural individuals are designed using restrict state method in accordance with the is 456:2000 code and design aids. The plan and detailing became drawn the use of automobile cad. The whole plot region together with the wall is 2859.28 sq.M. The building consists of g+3.
