ABSTRACT In today's world, the greater crisis is Energy crisis The entire world is trying to optimize the utitization of conventional energy. The approch is ether generation of alternate renewable energy sources or machines, equipments running without conventional energy is the requirement of the day. Conventionial energy conservation method. Water scarcity across economic sector has amplified the importance of demand side management and of improving water efficiency in agriculture. Countries that have abundant water resources can pain from supply management to receive reliable amounts of water for irrigation. However, this strategy is not viable for most countries. A hydraulic ram pump is a cyclic water pump powered by hydropower . Keywords: Suction pipe diameter, Delivery head , Valve , Pump , PVC pipe .

INTRODUCTION
During the period of world war II, the consumption of material was very high, resulting there was a shortage of sources in manufacturing industry. Indian economy is agro-based economy but still about more than 70% population depend on agriculture, even the growth of economy depends upon agricultural products . Dependency of agriculture mainly based on seasons (mainly rainy season). Majority of crop is based on rainwater and irrigation. The Hydraulic Ram pump or hydram is a complete automatic device that uses the energy in the flowing water such as spring, stream or river to pump part of the water to a height above that of the source. With a continuous flow of water a hydram operates continuously with no external energy source. The sustainable water management helps to ensure better production both for direct consumption and for commercial disposal , so enhancing the generation of necessary economic surpluses for uplifting rural economics. If resonance is achieved in such situation the pump will often achieved volumetric efficiency in the region of 150 to 200% .i.e. approaching twice the swept volume of the pump can be delivered

METHODOLOGY
The experimental approach suggested by Hilbert Schenk Jr. is adopted in the present reseach which is stepwise explained. The steps in reseach methodology are as below :
Study of given working of the hydraulic ram pump Identification of independent various affecting the phenomenon. Reduction of variable of the machine by dimensional analysis Selection of experimental set up . The experimental plan are executed. Experimental data are purified. Experimental data of the formulated based on models. Models is optimization. ,

Therefore the size of the for efficiency of the give machine calculated as follows , η = [[Zα/2]σ]/d]2 Given Data N=40, L=7m , r= 0.05 , Hs =1.6m , Cv= 0.96, Hd = 2.6m Qs = (nLπr2) ÷ 60 = (40×7×π×0.052)/60×4 = 9.17×10-3 m3/s Velocity of floe by pipe (Vs) Vs = Cv (2g Hs)1/2 = 0.96 (2×9.81×1.6)1/2 = 5.37 m/s Velocity of flow by delivery Vd = Cv (2g Hd)1/2 = 0.96 (2×9.81×2.6)1/2 = 6.856 m/s Discharge through delivery pipe Qd Qd = Ad × Vd = π/4×0.0252×6.856 =3.37× 10-3 m3/s Discharge through waste valve Qw Qw = (Qs-Qd) = (9.17-3.37) × 10-3 = 5.80× 10-3 m3/s Now h = Hd- Hs = 2.6-1.6= 1m Now efficiency of the pump is η η = Qd × h / (Qd+Qw) × Hs = 3.37 x 10-3x 1/(3.37+5.80) x 10-3 x 1.6 η = 20.44 %

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
The dynamic grid approach is using to piston of the computational area. In other that , the grid generation is approached was used to treat moving the piston of solid body in the complete generating complete grids. The piston move upward to downward position considering open condition and closed the waste valve . The design of hydraulic ram pump is the efficiency are 20.446 %
V.
CONCLUSION AND FUTURE SCOPE
For selection of two different best hydraulic ram pump and different material namely as galvanized iron and PVC plastic for the pump are selected to give a high efficiency. Experimentally set up is developed to the various record of the combine delivery head and average value of output is to be consideration. Then careful and observation , it is seen that PVC plastic hydraulic ram pump gives to the satisfactory results than metal hydraulic ram pump.
