Denim
Jewelled Women’s denim introduces a 70’s mood with striking patchwork prints, executed in tonal denim blue shades. Clean lines enhance simple cuts, as seen in the form of cropped culottes and flared jeans. Meanwhile, more casual DIY looks can be created with piecedtogether materials and raw edgings. Doubledenim coordinations make a contemporary statement when formal jackets are styled with jeans

Denim trends S/S18 Patchwork
Patchwork
This trend is inspired by 1960s Woodstock women.
Busy florals, vivid stitching, and embellished details add to the intricate feel. Pearlescent crystals, subdued hues, and patchwork elements create a soulful interpretation of 70s glamour.
A play on detailing sees Spring/Summer denim revisited with frayed edgings for added tactility. Across styles like jackets, jeans and tops, loose thread trimmings soften clean-cut pieces, adding interest to casual looks. Multiple applications enhance the textured effect on a single piece, as seen on pocket seams and waistbands.
Pink blushed/coloured
Volume Dressing Inspired by Fashion Snoops’ SS18Visionary Juxtapoze, an experimental shift in design motivates our Young Women’s Wonderland trend story. Opposites attract and quirky accents encourage a borderline street sensiblity. Her adventurous personality is embodied in her clothing; graphitized walls are translated into cartoon doodles and paint-splattered denim, while novelty cutouts, sequined strokes, and clustered beading mimic multidimensional and interactive artworks. Deconstructed elements play an important role in establishing her enthusiastic irreverence, while translucent inserts hint at her transparent sense of self.
Volume dressing has had a sense of fluidity in the past, but forms are more structured and controlled.
Embroidery
Embroidery plays a big role in S/S18 trends, we can see it in different variations from embroidered flowers, to customised with studs and pearls or sequins.
