Project 1.
Multiview drawing, this project shows how plan and section views are related to each other. We drew 4 objects manipulated them to make more original shapes and made 2-D.
Looking back I would make thicker and thinner line weights, but the issues become inevitable, I may put incorrect line weights on some objects. Shows how plans relate to sections. I was comfortable in developing the shapes and making the drawing

Planar objects and folding complicated because you must create planar surfaces, from triangles. If I were to repeat this exercise I would try more commands rather than getting comfortable with just one if I were to do this it may ruin my design.
I felt I was pretty strong in the mirroring process weakness is definitely the original lay out.

Boolean was a useful concept where you cut away a space in various methods. It is seen is some buildings throughout architecture. Next time I would build my model more carefully in order to ensure its strength.

Grafting was complicated I failed at the tangent portion because I have so many intersections, but the process is very useful to know.

Mashrabiya we attempted to create a complex structure made up of lofting, overlapping forms and connecting structures. If I were to do it again I would attempt to use a different command other than loft. This may sacrifice the integrity of my design.
Strengths, we have a interesting and complex structure that looks visually appealing. Weakness, making the wall appear to have density.

Anamorphic projections was a complicated assignment, I had a lot of issues with trying to represent the model similarly. Getting the lighting to be cohesive between both projection and objects became my weakest point. But creating the illusion of objects was quite fun.
My strengths were creating the floating planar surfaces surprisingly it was easier than I thought. There were more opportunities i would explore next time, perhaps making the projections larger in the background rather than having them in the front.

Creating solids in order to complete the chess board, there were many opportunities for me to explore with a lot of limitations. My pawn is the smallest chess piece so in height i was limited, but with that in mind I wanted to keep the chess piece recognizable with simple effective manipulations.
I am happy with my piece and how it came out but next time i want to make it a little more different where I take the opposite approach and push the design away from the old piece. There were also limitations since we 3D printed them.

The curtain wall house this project was the most challenging and rewarding, not because it was the final project but it reinforced all of the concepts we had been doing in class throughout the semester. At first it was difficult to think of what I wanted to change in this model because I couldn’t really see much wrong with it
Until i began to model it, I noticed that I wasn’t really a fan of the metal cover that wrapped around the stairs in the front of the house. Also I didn’t like the base so we ended up making a new monolithic base which sits ontop of a more modern building. Nice stark contrast between concepts.
