Dana Negoita Black and White Travel 0786744566 transport@isb.ro
Registration procedure Students can sign up for a single club each day and for up to 5 clubs in total per week, according to the club list for every weekday in the brochure.
1/day 5/week
1
Please note that a minimum and a maximum number of participating students are listed for most of the activities. Should the minimum number of students not be reached, the club cannot be organised. Also, students cannot be signed up for clubs that have reached the maximum number of registered students, so the registration will be made on a ‘firstcome, first-served’ basis. The registration will be confirmed via e-mail once it is completed. Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, it will not be possible for a student to switch clubs once they have been registered. We are very grateful for your understanding. The online registration form can be accessed at the link sent to you via e-mail. If you have not received this link please contact us and we will re-send it. The registration will only be finalised when the club fees are paid to the Accountancy office, either in person at school or via bank transfer. These fees are non-refundable and nontransferrable. In the event that a club does not start due to insufficient participants, the fee will be reimbursed. The applications are open between Tuesday, 13th of September and Monday, 19th of September 2016.
Payment We would like to kindly ask you that you send a confirmation of your payment order to ana.costiniu@isb.ro should you choose to pay via a bank transfer. This will make the registration process more efficient and we will be able to confirm your child’s place in the chosen club(s) sooner.
Should you have further inquiries, I will be happy to provide further information on the extracurricular activities and the registration process, so please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your interest in joining ISB Primary’s Extra Curricular activities. Kind Regards, Ana Costiniu ECA Coordinator

DESCRIPTION
1. Self-esteem growth through photography => it is important for the new generation to learn how to distinguish between a real image and a processed one used for commercial purposes. 2. Technology: Addiction vs. personal development => we turn mobile phones into photo-cameras. We learn about composition, editing and sharing. 3. Photography teaches you how to tell stories communication exercises => Children will learn to analyze framing, composition and the message an image can have. They will develop their imagination, their public speaking ability and the art of storytelling. 4. Creator, not consumer! => Each student will receive a brief with which they will have to build a visual message. This process helps children become selective with the images they consume consciously or unconsciously 5. Facebook and Instagram generation => Because every picture tells a story about us, it is important for teens to always ask themselves these questions before they post an image on Social Media: “”What is the purpose of me sharing this picture and what is the message it sends?”” Practice: Most theory classes will be followed by a one hour practice sessions such as – photo tours, mini photoshoots, creativity and expression exercises – where we will try and transform pictures into words. The children will experiment and show the majority of photo styles to help teens find the one they enjoy the most (street photography, food photography, portrait photography, photojournalism, landscape photography etc) They will experience together the excitement of an official exhibition at the F64 store.” 5
