Colouring the symmetrical form of mandalas helps draw the mind into a calmer state by organizing thoughts and reducing anxiety. The use of fine repetitive movements gives one the ability to stay focused on the activity at hand leading to mindfulness or ‘being in the present moment’. The result is positive physiological changes and a relaxation effect within the body.

Come along to learn ballet whether you are an absolute beginner or a talented dancer. Learn this classical dance amongst your peers and enjoy a whole new world of ballet and it's challenges and surprises! Work on your posture, musicality, strength, flexibility, rhythm, coordination and flare!
Create a book report on a book of your choice. Giving kids financial education is one of the best ways to prepare them for real-world challenges. They will learn how to set a family financial goal: to save money, to plan the family bugdet (try reduce the utility bill by half), or to set aside money for a celebration, like going out for pizza or a weekend at the beach. Of course, all will be solved with a strong input of Mathematics.
The objective of the club is to bridge the gab between students' real life experiences and Matehmatics. Through modelling and investigation activities students will have gained the skill for the process of applying Maths in real life world problems.

While traditional team sports are a good way to get the kids physically active, that may not be right for younger children. Yoga classes are a great alternative to team sports.
