Clothing Sailing Skills And Seamanship

The object is to make sure the sailor is warm but not too hot. Bring plenty of layers. They will put them on after the boat is rigged and ready to go. It is always colder on the water than on land so we don’t want to make the sailor sweat while getting rigged.

Neoprene suit would be preferred.

Hot weather: Sunblock, hat with a peak & sun glasses

Cold Weather: extra layers

Buoyancy aid is provided. 7
