Content Suggestions Select the most relevant topics for your group. Each topic reflects our core competencies in executive education programmes, in teaching courses, and in change management consultancy.
#01 The digital transition Digital business, digital transformation, digital marketing, digital age, digitization digital is ubiquitous. This new reality, accelerated by the pandemic, has disrupted our lives, businesses and societies. If society learnt anything from the events of 2020, it was that unpredictability and change can strike at any moment. In fact, what would have taken years or even decades to adopt and accomplish was compressed into months. Companies were caught off-guard and sent millions of collaborators to work from home. The digital transition entails the integration of digital technology and tools into all areas of business, as well as the development of new business ideas. The aim of this topic is to explore the potential of digital technologies and digital thinking in generating value to companies, or in triggering new business ideas.
#02 The sustainability challenge Sustainability has become a way of conceiving the future, and a motto for societies and businesses alike. Crafting a sustainable purpose requires a balance between environment concerns, human development, and economic growth. Is society sufficiently alert and sensitive to the importance of this issue? Are countries and businesses up to the mark? Whose responsibility is it? What can we do on an individual, corporate and global scale? What legacy do we want to leave for the new generations? These and other questions are at the center of this topic, which aim is to develop a holistic understanding of the fundamental challenges and critical issues involved in creating a sustainable society.
#03 Leadership Leadership is not an innate skill. It is learned, worked on, and improved. Leaders play a key role in societies and organizations. A leader wins the hearts and reason of employees to embark on a journey with her or with him. It is their primary role to develop others and create new leaders, perpetuating the cycle. In times of great uncertainty and ambiguity, the role of leaders is reinforced. Leaders need good team players and achieving high performance teams is another sensitive topic and a highly valued skill. The aim of this topic is to develop the most relevant competencies for an effective leader, as well as to understand what makes leadership a critical process in organizations.
#04 Strategy & Innovation An organization's strategic orientation is highly relevant to its success. Strategic alignment presupposes a clarity of objectives, vision and purpose that gives meaning to the work to be carried out. The strategy is constantly evolving responding to and anticipating competitive challenges. Innovation is the engine of many businesses, both new and existing ones. In an increasingly flat and global world, any competitive advantage makes the difference. Sustained innovation is a way to achieve this differentiation. The aim of this topic is to enhance strategic acumen and understand innovation processes in companies, as well as their impact on performance and productivity.
#05 Culture Shift Corporate culture is the glue between people that shapes the soul of organizations. Culture is made of people and by people, and through people. The challenges created by the pandemic, and in particular the social distancing forced by numerous lockdowns and compulsory telework, have shown that organizational culture is still a key factor to manage the social dynamics of businesses. Key questions arise all over: How to build culture in remote working? How to promote values without the power of example and physical contact? The aim of this topic is to readdress organizational and national culture, in the world after the pandemic.
