ISMAFARSI

ISMAFARSI (Association of Indonesian Pharmaceutical Student Councils) is a national pharmacy student organization, which consisting of local organizations throughout Indonesia. Aims to be a leading national advocacy organization for pharmacy students, professional initiatives,and promoting improved public health through provision of information, education, networking and a range of publications. ISMAFARSI also appointed as the only representation of Indonesian pharmacy student, nationally. ISMAFARI was formed In Kaliurang, Yogyakarta in 1955. It has grown to represent >30,000 pharmacy students from 78 local organizations throughout Indonesia. In 2007, ISMAFARSI became a Full Member of IPSF in 53rd IPSF World Congress Taiwan. Since then, ISMAFARSI actively participated in IPSF projects (Public Health, Professional Development, Pharmacy Education, and Student Exchange Programme) and events (World Congress and Asia Pasific Pharmaceutical Symposium).
