4.3. Operation Sheet Step 1: We measure and draw the chessboard on the chipboard. Step 2: We grip the piece with the clamp to cut it with the handsaw afterwards. Step 3: We grip the piece with the vice, then we reduce the width of the wood using the rasp. Step 4: We remove the splinters of the chessboard using the file. Step 5: We finish the chessboard using the sandpaper. Step 6: We cut four pieces of chipboard to make the legs. Step 7: We repeat the previous process with the legs: reduce them with the rasp, file them with the file and sand them with the sandpaper. Step 8: We draw a smaller square in the square that we had drawn previously. Step9: We paint the structure of the chessboard, in other words, the legs and the chessboard are covered with the black felt-tip pen. Step 10: We do a thin white line that separates the edges of the squares of the chessboard. Step 11: We get ready to paint the squares of the chessboard alternating the colours white and black. Step 12: We paint the word “ajedrez, distributing its letters among some white squares of the chessboard. Step 13: Finally, we paste with hot melt adhesive the legs to the board.
