Recipe: Chocolate avocado pudding

Ingredients: 3 ripe avocados, ½ cup cacao powder, 2 teaspoons instant dark coffee, 3 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons coconut milk, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon sea salt for garnish, and extra sugar based on your taste preferences Directions
1. Use a food processor to blend all of your ingredients until smooth, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. If you don’t have a fall ood processor, place all of your ingredients into a large mixing bowl and use e ither a potato masher or a fork to mash and mix the ingredients until smooth. Place mixture into serving bowls, then set in fridge for 30 minutes
3. Once chilled, take out of the fridge, sprinkle sea salt on top, and enjoy!
